Bruce from employers HRx has made what used to be a painful process of shopping for workers comp a complete breeze, not to mention he saved me a ton of money. I was obviously not able to negotiate the rates nearly as well. As I was scaling my company I had many recruits ask about our benefits package. This is where Bruce shined in his role, he single handedly advised, shopped and executed a plan that I could never do on my own. He presented to my entire team as well as spent many hours with individual team members carefully advising based upon their precise needs. It was way above and beyond. He showed more care and gumption than the actual beneficiary, which is crazy.
