I came to Chambersburg Pa having recently gotten out of a wheelchair and still walking with a cane. I had all but given up on ever having a normal life again. I am 63 and riddled with old age! Coach had my best interests in mind ALWAYS and knew exactly what I needed and exactly how to get me there. I wasn't really looking to get my youthful physique back.
