Ella Cleaning Services LLC shattered the roof on all my expectations. I went on bark out of desperation due to not cleaning for a whole year because of severe depression/trauma, and found Elona. She message me back the same night, came to look at my place, got me in the very next day! I haven’t seen my house look like this since I moved in 3 years ago! My eyes watered up and I couldn’t stop hugging her! You have no idea how much this meant to me. Will be scheduling again! Oh and I almost forgot to add, she is very sweet and wanted to make sure I had enough for food for the week and she split my payment up into 2 paychecks. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for about 11 years. I started individually at the beginning, but references made me create my company,since I needed help to accept more jobs.

Yes, we bring our cleaning supplies and equipments, but also we are open to use clients equipments if they want to do so.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to see the satisfaction of our clients for our job, and telling us that they are blessed they found us :).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I ( the owner) started my cleaning services over 11 years ago. It was just occasionally cleaning in the beginning. Working and learning was the best experience to create later my business. It was the apriciattion of families towards us that inspired us to keep continuing , improving, and being later professionals that gave us the confidence to expand and have more happy clients . Making our clients happy is our inspiration for being in this business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always have been careful with protecting our clients from bacterias and viruses since before Covid-19 appeared.We always use products that kills bacterias and virueses,and we always use gloves,taking off shoes and putting slippers in costumers houses,( disinfecting them from house to house)using clean towels and paper towels.We clean and disinfect everything before we leave. We are all vaccinated.
