We offer everything from strength and endurance sessions to cardio and yoga. You will be empowered, but held accountable, every step of the way. If you’re ready to improve the way you look and feel, you want to work with our group of friendly and motivational trainers.

The best way to get the most benefit out of every training session is with the individualized care of a personal trainer. You and your personal trainer will develop a fitness and nutrition plan that challenges you without depriving you. Your personal trainer will motivate you, adjust workouts to your daily abilities, and provide specific corrections to your form when you’re working out. When we make sure your entire fitness regimen is in alignment, you’ll see results faster than you ever thought possible.

Seeing not just the physical change in client's bodies, but the positive changes to their confidence and mental health that comes along with being physically healthy. A lot of our clients are doing things they never thought they would do, or never thought they would do again! Whether its in the gym or outside of it - like traveling, participating in races, keeping up with their kids or grandkids. Even simple things like getting out of bed, a chair or a car without experiencing pain or exhaustion! Helping people feel great is what we love about our job!

ELITE Fitness Alliance was born out of a love for fitness, a desire to learn proper techniques, and a passion for teaching others. I became certified as a personal trainer in 2016 after many years of training myself. What I thought was only ever to be a hobby slowly turned into more. After years of training as a side gig, I realized that I didn’t need to “wait ‘til I retired” from my full-time job to pursue my passion for fitness. Two events occurred in my life around the same time that made me come to this realization.

The first was a bad fall taken by my otherwise healthy grandfather. After being immediately airlifted to the hospital with hip, neck, and back injuries, we were told that he wasn’t likely to be coming home. Then, against most odds, two weeks later, he was admitted to a rehabilitation center, where he regained his strength and soon after got back to back to his daily life. This made me well aware of not just the need to lead a healthy lifestyle but that it could be taken from you in an instant.

The second event occurred when an otherwise healthy being I knew from my full-time job was diagnosed with a form of cancer that only allowed them six more months to live. In their 50s, this seemed to be the most unfair sentence. They were ready to retire, travel with family, and celebrate grandkids, but now that would all be taken away by something no one could have predicted. By this time, I had seen enough. I was no longer going to watch life happen. I was ready to start taking control of not just my own health but the chance to help others. Very often, we are busy taking care of others, working, or are not focused as much on ourselves. It’s not till our late 40s, 50s, and maybe even 60s that we realize the importance of our own health.

Our focus on you is what sets us apart. We set strict limits on the size of each session, allowing us to give every person the guidance and technique corrections they need to get the best results possible. Our trainers never pressure or browbeat you to go harder than is safe. We know that the best motivation comes from within yourself. When we show you the power of gradual progress, you’ll see that you can achieve your greatest fitness goals no matter where you start.

Our studio has a team of experienced and certified trainers with expertise in various areas of health and fitness. Each of our trainers is here to motivate and educate you. With the technique corrections they provide, you’ll get the most out of every rep and every workout. Some of our trainers have specialized backgrounds in yoga, while others are experts in the field of nutrition. All our trainers are here for the same reason, though. They all want to see you make progress towards a better, stronger, and healthier you!

We offer many small group classes. By keeping session sizes to less than 12 participants, we can give you personal focus while still giving you the encouragement that comes when you work out with others. Our small group classes include strength training, core training, endurance training, cardio training, yoga, and boot camp. Please request a consultation to determine if group sessions are the best fit for your needs.

Maintaining a healthy diet is a significant hurdle for many people. Our nutritional coaches will help you develop a dietary plan that helps you meet your weight-loss goals without depriving yourself. You’ll have weekly meetings with your nutritional coach to adjust your plan and celebrate your progress for the week. During the week, you’ll have access to your nutritional coach when you have questions. Some clients even text their nutritional coach while doing their grocery shopping.
