About

I have been involved in fitness and athletics since I was in grade school. Having been a competitive swimmer, lacrosse player, collegiate cross country runner and track athlete as well as a nationally competitive triathlete and a marketing executive in the medical device industry, I understand what it takes to succeed.

Conrad is patient and thorough. With my back troubles and surgery, Conrad was able to identify ways to accommodate and modify so that I could be my strongest and progress to reach my goals -
all that, and he makes it fun!

Can’t rate Conrad high enough. Extremely knowledgeable, keeps workouts interesting, challenging and fun, and devises a personal plan for your capabilities and goals. Highly recommend!

Conrad has such a passion for fitness and it shows up when he is training. His approach isn't a one size fits all approach. ..he worked to understand what my goals were and created a personalized plan to help me reach my goals. He always encourages me to listen to what feels right for my body while also pushing me to increase my fitness level. He also brings a lot of fun to the workouts! I highly recommend reaching out to him. More...

Q&As

First and foremost, I listen so I can really get an understanding of where you are now (in terms of fitness), where you want to be, what you have tried in the past and what is preventing you from achieving your goals. I can then use that information to build a program that will move you forward on a path to reach those goals...and to enjoy the journey!

I think there are several factors. The first is consistency. Part of what I provide is a way to help you maintain that consistency and accountability to yourself. The second part is having the right workout program for your specific goals. I also think it's important to enjoy the process. We can have fun while also working hard toward a goal. There are so many factors that can play a part in this process...work, stress, sleep, nutrition, family commitments...the list goes on and on. We can't control them all. But we can take steps to start making changes. That's where I want to help you.

People. I am not working on a spreadsheet or a PowerPoint presentation. I am lucky enough to work with amazing people every day. It is incredibly rewarding.

I think people should work with trainers they feel comfortable with AND who will be able to help them reach their goals. Hopefully I will be that trainer. I just hope for a chance to have a discussion so you can make that decision after meeting me.

While I believe in person training is the most effective option, I am certainly open to discussing other possibilities.

Services

I can come to you and bring equipment, or you can come to my home gym to train. We can start with a free consultation, then put a plan together based on your goals. I like to vary the workout plan every 6 weeks or so to continuously challenge your body and to keep things fun and interesting.
