My body (back and neck) has benefited greatly from the monthly massage with Lynn. It's a lovely atmosphere and I would recommend the monthly massage package.

Great place for massages. I love the hours 9-9 every day. Ginny at the front desk is very nice and well informed. I go regularly and have not been disappointed. I have back and neck pain so I like deep tissue massage as well as relaxation. Â I see Caitlyn and have seen Rita in the past. Â Both are great. Update. I continue to receive excellent service here and see De. No complaint ever about Elements. More...

Enjoyed the visits in the Wayland establishment.  The heated massage table is a plus.  I was asked  questions to learn what I need the most.  Excellent for first timer.  Some massesue are better than other.  Stopped going back because my favorite massesue has left. More...

Rene was really excellent. He gave me the best massage I can ever remember having, with perfect pressure, no small talk, and spending extra time on areas I requested.

I enjoyed my massage at elements. It was relaxing, and they took the time to listen to what my issues were to make sure they addressed them. I will be back for sure.

My therapist was more than competent. I had a sore back from travel and hip from over training and my therapist managed to loosen my muscles to the point where the rest of my travels were a pleasure. I highly recommend Elements. Thank you Heather! More...

I love this place! Very professional and clean. I feel like I'm being pampered every time I walk in the door. I always see Caitlin because she's very friendly, personable and is totally receptive to what the client wants. Their prices are reasonable, and you get an even better value if you join their monthly program. More...

I really like that I can get a massage when I need it. Massage therapists that are in their own private practices can be booked out for weeks. The aches and pains can't wait that long! Elements is clean and inviting and the staff is pleasant. More...

Easy to make appointments, convenient location and parking, friendly efficient front desk people and of course amazing massages. Â I'd go here once a week if I had the time. Â I have been here at least 10 times and never had a massage I didn't thoroughly enjoy. More...

My husband got me a pregnancy massage for my birthday. Dorothy "Dee" was great and I would recommend her as a therapist. Â Given the pregnancy, I was there to relax so pressure wasnt really a concern one way or the other. My only issues were with the environment. Overall, it's what you'd expect. But it was cold. I understand it's summer out and the a/c needs to be on but it was too cold. We're stripping down in there, remember? Dee did mention it right away and offered a warm blanket if needed during the message but my chills came at random times where it really wouldn't have been convenient to cover up (I.e. My shoulder got cold but she was working on my arm do it had to stay above the covers). The other thing that bothered me was the static through the speakers. The music was nice but I had a hard time tuning out the constant static. More...

I really enjoyed my first massage here. Pema was my masseuse and she reviewed my intake form and then asked if there was any place she should focus on or avoid. I said no but that I prefer a firmer massage and that is exactly what I got! Overall it is very clean here and the staff friendly and attentive. At the end of the massage you get a bottle of water and a york peppermint patty! My one criticism is that I think my massage was a tiny bit short - it seemed the 55 minutes included my getting undressed and talking with the masseuse as when I got off the table it was exactly 1:55 and my massage started at 1pm.I would go back though and their monthly wellness program seems like a great value. We have been members here for about 6 months and absolutely love this place, it's great to have access to such a high quality place in our backyard that is Wayland. While I would not consider myself a connoisseur on massage places, I've done the 5 star spa thing in Vegas and other vacation destinations. No doubt the quality of the massage itself is right on par with most places in the world. Â That said, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff turnover seems to be pretty high; it's been very difficult to establish a rapport with one therapist and stick with'em because before you know it they're gone! My boyfriend got me a package of 2 massages for Christmas. I had two vastly different experiences with them. The first time was awful. The massage was terrible. I felt as though I was cringing the whole time and it was not because of the pressure (although I am a small girl I like a decent amount of pressure to get knots out) it's the the massage therapist didn't know what she was doing or where she was pressing. The other thing was there was very loud music coming through the wall. I couldn't relax at all. The second time I had Will as a massage therapist. I was skeptical as I had never had a male therapist but he was AMAZING! He was so professional and did a great job balancing using pressure to get knots out and lighter pressure to relax. Based on his massage I am seriously debating getting the membership. The girls at the front desk were very nice and professional both times. They also didn't push the membership at all. More...

Just stopped in during a Thanksgiving visit to my parents. Evan was a great masseuse, though I would have preferred less conversation. Easy to get to, easy parking, small but very clean entry area and waiting area. Heather is the manager, and though I paid with a SpaFinder gift card, she gave me the promotional price of $49 as well (they don't get the full value of the gift card, fyi). I must say, they are 6 months in and they are doing a very good job. I wish them great success and can tell you that if they keep it up, they will have a very happy client list. Also to note, the paperwork wasn't that bad. I always hate filling that stuff out. I only waited for 3 minutes before they took my room. More...

I'll start this off by saying I have never gotten a massage for any other reason than relaxation. This appointment was made because I was having an issue with a knot in my back that was affecting my neck and arm and needed someone professional to work it out immediately. I called saturday night and they fit me in the next morning which was awesome. I had Julie who was great - she asked a few questions and immediately went to work warming up my back. It was an hour long massage and while she didn't get all the knots out this time, she definitely made a big dent. I'd recommend this place if you get massages regularly - their pricing system seems pretty good - 60/a month if you sign-up and your immediate family members can use it as well. The only criticism I had was it was a little cooler in the room than I would have liked if I wasn't under the blanket. Otherwise, it was good... but we'll see how my back is feeling tomorrow :-) More...

Just recently opened I figured I would try the intro offer. Â $49 for a 55 min massage (plus tip). The space is new so everything is nice. Â I checked in and filled out a few basic health questions and then headed to the restroom. Â It is hard to relax with a full bladder. Â There is a small waiting room with comfy chairs around a fire place.I met with Caitlin. Â I was asked when I made the appt what kind of massage I was looking for so they could match me up to the right person. Â I wanted a relaxing massage but also wanted to get some of the knots out.Caitlin showed me into the room and asked me about which areas I needed work on. Â I really wanted my lower back and legs but asked if it was common for a head and neck massage. Â I don't think it was but I have been to places where they do and then my hair has oils and has a bed head look. Â She told me she could do that which I am glad I mentioned. She worked on my back, lower back and had me do some breathing which was different than other places. Â I didn't fall asleep like I have in the past which wasn't bad or good. Â She asked me if I wanted to have her continue with my back or move on and I had her move on.She did my legs and feet then I rolled onto my back and she did legs, head and neck massage. Â The only thing she didn't work on was my arms and hands which wasn't an issue. Â It was a full massage with great oil which didn't smell and I didn't feel sticky after. She asked me a few times if there was anything she could do for me or change. Â I answered no because nothing came to mind. Â I do get a bit chilly and I should have asked about using the warming table but didn't think of it.The place has a membership but they didn't pressure me into anything. Â The woman at the counter explained it to me. Â The one thing I did like about it (not that I've joined) is 1) another person in the house can use it 2) if you miss a monthly appt it rolls to the next month. Â The regular price for a 55 min massage is $89. Â The membership price is $59/month auto-debit. Â There is no joining fee and no cancellation fee. Â A one month notice is needed so they can cancel the auto payment.I did have a slight pain in my upper leg butt after but I believe it was from pushing out the knots. Â Caitlin used pressure but not too hard but it was also relaxing. Â I've been to some where I've asked for relaxing but have still been in pain.Currently they have mostly women and one man but will be hiring others. Â I've had many appts with women but also had a great therapist who was a man but left to go private and haven't found another yet. This is a new complex with quite a few spaces still being constructed and others moving in. Â The main parking in the middle is spacious and free. Â The main entrance is on the other side but I am not sure if I'd call that the front or the back. There are a few spaces along the path to park at the entrance.I left with a bottle of water and frozen York mint.I enjoyed my massage but didn't fall in love, well not yet. Â It is worth going back to find the right place. One day later I received an email message to fill out a survey. Â As with other places that is the new norm. Â Some are helpful others become junk mail. More...
