Customer service is terrible, girl I was talking to refused to give me her name and then hang up on me. I paid for a prenatal massage but my sister in law could not get it so it was moved to my account. Girl that called me stated she is canceling my appointment because it is not paid for, I said it was paid for and explained what happened. She said i would have to send proof I paid, refused to tell me when the manager would be in so I can speak to someone else, and hang up on me. When I called back and asked who I was talking to I was told the office is not able to track it at the moment. Update***the owner of this location gave me a courtesy message, and I will say Rachel, the therapist, gets all the stars. I left here feeling amazing . I still think Elements should rethink their policy about the 10-minute consultation being deducted from your massage time. Also, every therapist should be great. None the less ask for Rachel! June 2024: My therapist was ok. I received this session as a gift. I think they are overpriced. It was over $150 for 90 minutes. You get there, and they tell you the massage is actually 80 minutes because they use 5 minutes for consultation, and idk what the last 5 minutes are for. But they also have you fill out a form the day prior to the 5 min consultation, so it's unnecessary (just have the therapist read the 5 pages you had me fill out prior). And after you spend almost $200 - they want a 20-40%tip. Look, I get it. it's a luxury I don't have to buy. And I didn't cause it was a gift. I'm just preparing you. More...

My first time at Elements I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Yolanda which was the best massage I had ever had. Boy does she know her stuff! She is kind, considerate, passionate and outgoing. She was consistently asking if her pressure was too hard or too soft or where the spots were that needed focusing on. Yolanda also made a safe space for me to voice anything I needed to. Had an amazing experience! Have suffered for some years with major spasms and spinal, muscle and nerve related issues and found great relief. ..more so than medication and other treatments. I saw Kemba whi specializes in Sports massage and got real relief! For the first time in years I was able to stand up straight, roll my shoulders back, breath deeply and have close to no pain at all. The best part is that unlike my experience with a chiropractor, these results have been long lasting, even after one session. This will be my second time at Elements massage. My first therapist was wonderful and I have no complaints about my massage. However, I feel the facility is focused on selling to and not serving their clients needs with compassion. Today, I booked online, and promptly received a phone call asking if I was using a gift card. Why does that matter? I then received another phone call at almost 9pm trying to sell me on their membership. Really? I went here last week. The therapist was really good. She helped with the tension in my neck. She was very kind and took the time to discuss my problem areas. I was very happy with her. Unfortunately the intro rate of $99 was not honored. I was charged $129 for the massage. I also gave a gratuity of $20 to the therapist. So a total of $149 for my first massage. I noticed the erroneous charge and asked the cashier to correct it. She stated that the owner had to do it. I havent seen the corrected charge on my statement yet. The most awful customer service I have ever received. I scheduled my massage a month in advance. A week before my scheduled massage, I received a call and voicemail stating my massage was canceled. I called back to reschedule and was told that I was unable to reschedule. The receptionist did not offer any explanation as to why my massage was canceled. She told me the owner Robin was in london and would give me a call the following week, after the date of my massage appt. I asked for a call back earlier since I wanted to resolve the issue but was told it was not possible. Robin never called me. She texted me and said I could not visit the salon and again did not give me a reason as to why. I asked for a phone call to discuss but she declined. If you are going to cancel my massage at least tell me why, how unprofessional. Also my sister has a membership there and can also attest to the awful customer service and will be canceling her membership. Massage envy is much friendlier and the customer service is superb.
