What do you love most about your job?
Music is memories, I love creating long lasting memories for my clients and their guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was tired of bands the did the same thing as everybody else and did not care about quality and fun.
Why should our clients choose you?
Electro Retro LLC performs songs from 1950 to the present. If you have any special requests, we are happy to play them. We also dress like Entertainment ICONs so it is like having an all star line up, performing classic to current songs.
What makes Electro Retro unique is our collaboration with the events hosts, energy and versatility, state-of-the-art sound and light show. We do not use tracks or samples which provide our music with a truly live feel. This leads to audiences dancing, singing along, and having a great time. The band also is female-fronted and comprised entirely of degreed musicians, so our talent allows us to cover the material well that most bands cannot play without tracks, e.g. Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Pink, Bruno Mars, Prince, Queen and Taylor Swift for example.
Additionally, many of our band members have performed with national acts including members of the E Street Band, Three Dog Night, The Bo Deans, The Ides of March, and many others with crowds in excess of 35,000 attendees. With this, you can be sure you are getting a quality act at a good value. Generally, we perform the songs fairly close to the original. Many people enjoy our setlist and refer to it as "a breath of fresh air": and I can provide references when you need them. We are always updating songs to our song list and content of this site over the next several weeks, but if there is anything you need, please let me know. When you sign with us on or before the date expiration indicated, I will also include a DJ and EMCEE package worth 400.00 at no additional charge. You might also like to know we can perform with electronic drums and a professional sound engineer which keeps volumes at the right levels.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use good hygiene and require band members to report if they are ill. When this happens, we arrange for a qualified substitute. We are also sensitive to special needs of our clients. Please share any specific concerns you have and we will do our best to make the situation comfortable.
Live Band
We are a 5 Piece Female Fronted Band available for 2 hours or more per day. We perform in the greater Chicago area and can travel with notice and expenses.
