Asked for a deep cleaning for an empty apartment (moving in). I left the maid cleaning, while I went to work. Was promised pictures of the finished job, didn't receive those. I instead received a message that the maid had to clean for an extra hour, (4 hours in total/$230). Once I got back to the apartment, I noticed the floors weren't mopped, bathroom shelves and fridge was left untouched. What exactly was done for 4 hours? I'm not sure. Wouldn't recommend More...

ive Been needing to Get my coach clean for the longest, I had came across eco cleaning and the next day I had Ivan come, he did an amazing job, It smells great, clean and removed all the stains on my coach, I have a dog and he sheds a lot but he removed each hair before he started the process of cleaning the coach, I recommend Ivan!

Great service! We got our large area rug and sofa cleaned, and it looks great now! We have a Restoration hardware velvet cloud sofa so we were a little worried about getting it professionally cleaned, but the technician was knowledgeable and knew what to do with it. I found the secretary super accommodating, patient, and willing to provide quality customer service. And although there was an increase in prices, she went out of her way to make it affordable for me to have my couch cleaned.I can't say that I remember her name, however each time that I spoke with her demeanor was always very gracious, and kind. Not only did she provide me with a discounted price for being a long time client, she also made sure that the scheduling was at my convenience. The person sent to me( Viktor) was very punctual, efficient with his work, and got right to the job. They did a good job cleaning the sofa and rug. I paid in cash to receive the discounted price. I asked the worker for a receipt and he said the office would send it. What the office sent was a copy of the invoice plus the amount of the tip. There was no indication that I had actually paid the invoice. Nana did a great job , came 10 minutes early and was very cooperative and listened to us. However, I prefer all sweeping to be done and trash picked up before mopping. I have been using Eco Cleaning to clean my large area rugs for the past few years and they are consistently great! They always check in with you in advance to confirm appointments, their cleaners are actually knowledgeable in how to care for specific materials and make sure to use the right products (I had Nick come today and he did a fabulous job), and it's thanks to them that my rugs have stayed in such excellent shape. Eco cleaning was amazing! I bought a used white Ethan Allen couch from Facebook marketplace that had dirt and scuff marks in all the hard to clean places. I have a large couch that needed cleaning and read so many reviews here on Yelp. But I was also hesitant to hire some random stranger to come into my home to clean it.
