I put off going to this place due to the pricing being a little high for a breakfast/brunch place but let me tell you ever dollar was worth it. I had the bacon and jalapeño waffles with fried chicken and I could eat that everyday all day for the rest of my life. The waffles were magnificent, amazing taste & the chicken was perfect and crispy! My partner got the huckleberry stuffed French toast which again amazing taste and BIG portions!!!! Also their mimosas are strong and mildly sweet. It'll be a while before I get breakfast anywhere else. More...

Ordered hash browns well done and they came out completely raw. Asked again and they came out raw once again, this time with an undercooked egg. Server was very understanding and seemed very pissed with the kitchen, said this was a regular occurrence. Very simple thing that absolutely shouldn't be hard. Pancakes were also under cooked and they got another order wrong as well. Again, excellent service but terrible food More...

Cool and unique breakfast brunch spot..Started out great when we showed up open seats at the bar so walked right in vs having to wait for seating. Then using the Yelp App got a free Bloody Mary pretty cool.I order the chicken and waffles breakfast. It was really good definitely ask for their hot sauce and green sauce both had a ton of flavor. The Chicken and waffles was definitely a lot of food. My wifey ordered the chilie renello Breakfast plate. This was legit when we go back I will be ordering this for my self. A ton of Flavor in the green chilie. Over all good spot with some unique flavors enjoyed breakfast. Only reason not a 5 star was we were charged for the Bloody Mary even after showing to waiter won't deter us from coming back but was a little bit of a downer. More...

UPDATE!!!BEWARE!! This restaurant is operating under the name Sunnyside on Door Dash. I tried to find the restaurant before ordering, but was unable to. Thought maybe it was a ghost kitchen. After receiving bad food and missing items in my order, I decided to do more research. I Google the address and it matches Eat. The suite number and everything is the same. Just know if you order from them, you're supporting Eat. I would have never ordered had I known that. And yet again....was disappointed. Had the food been terrific, not missing items, and I found out it was Eat, I would have changed my review but instead this validated why I left the first bad review and why so many others agree. My boyfriend and I thought we would try this place Sunday for brunch since we pass by it all the time. From the beginning, it was a disaster. I'm not sure if this one day was a fluke, but it wasn't a great experience. We arrived and had a reservation for 12:15. We got there around 12:10. The host said he was going to have to push someone back to allow us in. He seemed annoyed we were there. He explained outdoor was full but we could dine inside. No worries, we weren't picky. We waited quite some time to get helped. Evelyn, our server finally came. She was very nice. I ordered the chili cheese fries and a bacon flight for an appetizer. I even stated I wanted it to please come out before our entrees. 45 minutes later.....Evelyn tells us our food will be out. I asked where our apps were. She said everything was coming out at once. I explained we wanted our apps first not all at once. She said she would fix it but our food was already being made...tons of other diners around us were waiting for some time for their food or even to get refills or their checks. Our appetizers came out. The fries were delicious. Perfect. But the bacon wasn't even full strips. They were pieces of bacon shoved in a cup. And no plates were provided. We had to track down the server to get smaller plates. Then 5 minutes later our entrees came out. I could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp as my meat had dried out. There was no apology, no make it right moment, nothing. The food would have been great had it been fresh. We got our check immediately after the food was brought because so many diners had been waiting for so long.I understand places are short-staffed. I get that. Training needs to be done at this location. The server should have apologized, given updates on why it was taking so long and had the common sense that an appetizer comes out first. I also paid my bill and she took the signed copy before we left. Being a previous server, you never do that.I write this review in hopes that management sees it and can use it as a training moment with the staff. It was very disorganized and did not run well at all. More...

They have so many tempting drinks I couldn't choose! I finally decided to try 'I am never drinking again...' made with mocha java cold brew, van gogh vanilla vodka, ezra brooks bourbon cream, and a whoopie pie garnish. It was SO, SO, SO good! My sister in law woke up yesterday and said she wanted to go out and have brunch and who am I to say no to food ? So we got dressed and headed to Eat ! food & drink . It was a Wednesday so the place was fairly empty (1 star because we didn't have to wait for a seat, I heard it gets a little hectic here during the weekends)Tara , our waitress was very sweet . She came to our table and took our drink orders and left . We decided to order the bacon flight (a mix of jalapeño bacon and maple bacon)  , I ordered chicken and bacon/ jalapeño waffles and she ordered huckleberry french toast . We got peppermint hot chocolate and tea . The bacon flight was "under cooked" im not a person who enjoys the slimy parts of bacon slices and our flight had alot of it . I personally prefer my bacon alittle crispier so i honestly didn't enjoy it . The chicken was boring . It was a thin breaded cutlet with no seasoning and the jalapeno waffle was good. It was fluffy and not heavy like some other places waffles - i enjoyed it until the 6th or 7th bite, starts to taste strange after a while. She LOVED her huckleberry french toast though. Absolutely loved it . I didn't try so i cant comment on it but it looked delicious . I think I'm going to give this place another shot because these "problems" could be simple fixes I'll just set my preferences when placing my order next time . Over all the food was tasty Place was cute and service was good . More...

We had breakfast at EAT! Food and Drink on  Dec. 9, 2021, and it was fabulous for so many reasons:  My gluten-free Belgian waffle was one of the best I have ever eaten, and my husband's regular Belgian waffle was great too.  His hash browns were crispy as requested.  Husband's coffee (both regular and decaf when he switched to that) was hot, fresh and delicious.  My herbal tea was perfect too.  Additionally, our waitress, Tara, was friendly without hovering, and she was prompt with coffee refills.  I especially liked the mellow music at 8 AM instead of the loud, raucous music we often hear when dining out for breakfast.  I heartily recommend EAT in Broomfield for anyone looking for a great breakfast.  We only wish we lived closer or had business in that part of the metro area more often. We had just visited the Westminster dog park and wanted to grab a bite to eat. In the past we've looked at Eat but didn't stop in, I'm glad we did today. Our group of 3 had two dogs in tow so we needed a place with an outdoor seating area that was dog friendly. Walked in around 12 on a Sunday and we got seated almost immediately even when it looked pretty packed. The hostess loved on our dogs, brought us and them waters. Our server greeted us really quickly after we were sat. Thanks to Yelp we got to try their mimosa and selected orange juice as the base. A little strong for our taste but may be great for you! After our drink order our group ordered the single giant pancake (on the sides menu and it is BIG) and my friend exclaimed it might be the best pancake she's ever had. She said it had the perfect crust, it was sweet but not too sweet, and she was so happy the butter was softened almond side the syrup. Our other friend ordered the traditional eggs, sausage, and hash brown breakfast (can't remember the name) and she exclaimed that the sausage was amazing. I was torn what to order because this menu is immense and so many options looked delicious. It was between the French toast and the short rib Benedict. The Benedict won y'all! It was a teeny bit spicy for my taste and surprised the menu didn't mention it since it says it was a paprika hollandaise sauce but overall tasty. Hash browns are always a tough item since it's hit or miss if the potatoes cook perfectly, these were a little Al dente but the seasoning on it plus the hollandaise sauce and all the other fixings made them good. Oh and one friend got the Apple fritter to go, no consensus yet on how great that was, stay tuned as I might come back and update this review. I'd definitely come back and try something else on their menu! More...

I had eaten here last year and thought I would give it another try today. I remembered why I have avoided this place. The food is a little above average and for the hot sauces I would come back over and over for. It's the overall environment that kills it for me. While to the eye it is aesthetically pleasing with its crisp lines and bright light feature but the noise is unbearable. There was no thought to acoustics in this place. It is so loud you can barely have a conversation yelling with someone who is sitting across the table. Definitely ask to sit outside if you want to enjoy a meal with someone you like. If your having brunch with someone you don't want to talk to, indoor dining is for you. The doors have been open the last 2 times I ate here and flies were an issue we had to deal with even when we weren't sitting by the doors. I also noticed a server getting lime from the bar with his bare hands and serving them by hand to his table. I really hope his hands were clean but come on. We are not living in an Era were this is acceptable. So glad he wasn't my server. It did make me question the level of cleanliness this establishment sets if this was acceptable behavior for serving food to a table. The drinks are steadily wonderful both times I have  been here and our server was sweet as can be. Probably won't be coming back as I have undergone chemotherapy treatments and can't afford to get sick because of relaxed standards set in a facility that serves food. More...

Almost a 5Love the menu.  I wanted to try everything, but the portions are so huge.I had the smoked salmon  eggs Benedict.  Even though the English muffin was a little mushy, it was very good and impossible to finish.  The fruity pebbles French toast was a crowd favorite.  I mean how can you go wrong with French toast covered in vanilla frosting  sauce and crunchy fruity pebbles???!!!While the waitress was very friendly and accommodating, where the restaurant goes from a 5 down to a 4 is with two things:1. the orange juice I ordered was "fresh squeezed " on the menu with a price tag to go with that, but what I received was too tart grapefruit out of a jug liquid.  When I asked about it she said they were out of fresh and had complaints about the concentrated juice they were serving.  Well...if people are complaining,  why not tell me when I ordered?2.  I didn't know my eggs came with hadhbrowns and it would have been nice for the waitress to tell me so I could have asked for them well done.Neither are dream killers or would keep me from trying again.  In fact,  I would not be surprised if I don't come back once more before my denver trip is over.  :) More...

First time here, it's definitely a busy and popular place. Very loud, so if you want a place you can hear yourself or the other person in your party talking I recommend finding a different place. We came for brunch on a Saturday and we had a 30 mins wait. We're not from around the direct area so didn't know what to expect. It wasn't terrible to wait but when they say 30mins expect it to be 30mins wait. The wait was no issue. Again, once we got inside, very loud and hard to hear the others in their party. I did have an offer for a free Bloody Mary so used that while I was there. Tried the Southwestern Bloody, it was okay. If you like things super spicey it's for you. The food was okay, a bit on the saltier side. The end result made us not sure if we'll come back. Our waiter didn't know how to properly split the check and if we hadn't double checked we would've paid $15.00 more for our bill. I had to explain to the waiter how to do simple math. Take our total, subtract what we gave in cash and the rest goes on the card.
