We are a 11,000 sq ft indoor baseball and softball training facility which houses a full service weight training fitness facility. We offer Strength and Conditioning sessions to our athletes as well as Personal Training Services to our outside clients.

Whether our athletes or clients are looking for performance based training to improve their athletic abilities or someone looking for general conditioning to improve fitness levels, decreasing body fat, increasing lean muscle mass , improving flexibility and mobility. We service the entire population.
Owner and Director, Mike Bruemmel is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Exercise Physiologist for over 24 years and has worked with all populations from pediatric to geriatric from athletes to non athletes. If you are recovering from an injury we can set up right exercise program to help you fully recover from your injury. With working in the medical field and the sports performance fields we specialize in developing exercise programs for people with orthopedic and cardiovascular injuries.
