Always on time which is nice to not have to wait. Gives a little extra time when he can. Best part is when he knows you feel like giving up he gives good energy and makes you push past your limit.

I’ve been working with Chris Dodson for several months now, and I’m truly impressed by the difference I’ve made in my strength and overall fitness. From our very first session, he took the time to understand my goals and tailor a program that perfectly fit my needs and what would work with my busy schedule. The workouts are always challenging yet achievable. I’ve had about three other trainers in the past, and Chris has been the best of them.

He consistently helps me with the proper form and technique and quickly revises the plan if I need extra help or have any concerns. I recently had a pinched nerve in my neck from something that happened at work and he helped me change up our routine to work around that. You can tell he genuinely cares about my progress and puts in the effort to keep me motivated and excited about training. I have struggled with staying motivated so this really helps.

Since working with Chris, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, endurance, and just how I feel overall. He even helped me out with some vitamins/supplements that have really helped. I leave each session feeling energized and ready for the next one. If you’re looking to step up your training routine or its our first time, I can’t recommend Chris highly enough!

Chris is a professional and highly knowledgeable personal trainer. He tailored his 12 week program to meet my personal needs and weight-loss goals. After I sustained a muscle injury to my back, Chris made adjustments to my workout routine that would allow me to continue building muscle without putting additional strain on my back. At the end of 12 weeks, I lost a little over 10 lbs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my results and Chris' personal training services. Services

Workout plans are customized to each individual client, with respect to their capabilities, limitations, histories, and goals. The type of exercises combined with teaching good form are important, as well as allowing adequate recovery time in between each day. All programs are designed to maximize results while ensuring a safe experience. Strength Training, Cardiovascular, Flexibility and Mobility are all components of our programs.

If your Nutrition isn’t on point, all of your effort put in from Strength Training and Cardiovascular could be wasted. Dodson Personal Training will give you the knowledge, motivation, and accountability you need to maximize your results, and not waste your time.
