First a website needs to make a lasting first impression. It must be well designed and easy for users to navigate. Your website is the perfect platform to showcase your products and services but it's not just all about looks. The website must be engaging and provide a positive user experience. The design should be effective, efficient and attractive with powerful calls to action aimed at driving business growth. A website must be responsive and adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and resolutions.

What's your story? Tell us about your business, your products or services. What are your expectations for the website? Who are the main competitors in your area? What do you like or don't like about their websites. What are some website features that you have seen, either on your competitions websites or any website, that you would like us to incorporate? My parents were entrepreneurs and like many, I wanted the flexibility to work for myself. As with most entrepreneurs, I work many hours a day and usually 6 days a week. However, when you enjoy what you do, you never work a day in your life!

Their success and satisfaction is our primary goal. We will work hard to meet or exceed their expectations. One of the requirements of staying in business for 30+ years is happy clients.

All of our work is remote. As everything we do is digital via the internet, we are able to do Zoom meetings with our clients as often as needed. Also while we are building digital content either with websites or social media, etc, the client will have access to view the progress online and offer their feedback.

Services

We are primarily WordPress and WooCommerce/ecommerce website developers. We start with a comprehensive 30-60 minute phone call or Zoom meeting to understand your goals, desires and needs for the website. We then design a layout and the visual components and meet with you. Once you approve the layout, the site will be developed. After your final approval, the site will be launched. This process can take anywhere from 3 days to months depending on the complexity of the project.

Social media is a very important marketing tool to stay connected with customers as well a grow your audience. Through regular content creation of images, reels, videos, stories, etc. you can keep people informed about your products and services. The use of paid social advertising is beneficial for growing leads or contacts. We actively handle social media accounts for many clients.

The Google Ad Grant initiative is a powerful way for nonprofits to increase their visibility and drive traffic to their website. Google offers to eligible nonprofits a $10,000/month ad grant allowing them to run Google search ads based upon relevant keywords. We do the keyword research and manage the ad campaigns for the nonprofit organizations. We hold monthly ad strategy meetings and make adjustments based upon the analytic reports.

Growing an email or newsletter list is often one of the most overlooked forms of digital marketing. Short emails promoting new products or services to both prospective customers as well as to past customers is a powerful way to increase revenue. Regularly newsletters are beneficial for building customer loyalty, trust and brand awareness. We normally utilizing MailChimp but have used other platforms such as Constant Contact, MailerLite, etc.
