What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide the owners with quality care. Ultimately, it is my job to protect their investment to the best of my ability. Their satisfaction is my satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I managed my own property and vacation rentals for years. I learned how important having quality tenants is. I also worked in the appraisal industry for years. Most of the time, I dealt with Property Managers; their responsibility to assist the owners with their needs was lacking. I learned much about what was missing and how a manager should be.

Both. We have tenant and owner portals. Tenants can pay rent via their portal, make maintenance requests, and view their account history. The owner will be paid through this portal and can access income and service reports.
