Each week is a refresher to help you feel that you are caught up.
These cleans include:
Kitchen--
Dishes washed and put up, all counters including under and behind things wiped
Sanitize kitchen sink, microwave and trash can
Bedrooms--
Change of linens on each bed, linens to be washed dried and folded.
Dusting of all surfaces and a wipe of all things on these surfaces. Including headboard and footboard.
Bathrooms--
Toilets, sinks, shower and tub to all be cleaned including base and outside of toilet.
Rugs to be shaken or washed accordingly.
All faucets to be sanitized alongside all handles.
Common areas:
Dusting off all surfaces, including deco to be wiped/ polished
All cloth furniture and pillows including curtains to be sanitized and spot cleaned.
--checking ceiling fans each week and wiping when necessary.

1 load of clothes to be included depending on time it takes for linens. 3+ bedrooms may not have laundry included in base rate but can be added at $25 per load.
(due to time limitations on the ability to get to another home the same day, please advise ahead of time, we like to be accurate when we tell clients when we will be arriving please also specify ahead of time if you have special requests for that week)
All floors to be vacuumed and mopped

All surfaces dusted including deco
All cloth furniture, pillows, and curtains sprayed down and light dusting; accordingly
Kitchen dishes washed and put away
Microwave and sink sanitized
Trash taken out and indoor can cleaned
Bathroom sinks toilets showers and tubs bleached and rinsed
Beds made
all floors vacuumed and mopped
Laundry per load :$25

We provide eco friendly if that is your request which is not chemical free but chemical reduced. Meaning, I may use things like baking soda or vinegar but the maximum chemical but safe product I will use is that of dawn for the tougher things. I also reduce the use of materials including no paper or plastic products. Cloth use is limited as well as the use of electricity for equipment reduced. Our goal here is lower carbon footprint but more arm power. This type of clean does take more time
This may include organic cleaners that are carefully homemade. This may include vinegar, , borax, home made soaps with essential oils and plant derivatives. Did you know that fruits have cleaning power?
I have listed some of the natural ingredients and what they can do below. Please advise if you would like a sample of these solutions to try out on your own, as I do make these for purchase as well.
But I have many more natural miracle secrets to help you keep your home eco friendly!
Lemon has the power to remove mold ad mildew! Lemon and salt scrub is one of my favorite most powerful tools when cleaning tough to tackle rust or grease.
Lemongrass essential oil has major disinfecting power and smells great and is also known to keep pesky pests away such as gnats and flies.
My special mix containing orange peels is one of my favorite secret weapons for polishing and removing tough odors. Don't be surprised if you find orange peels beneath your trash bag in your can, however remove before your next clean

all equipment will be cleaned with steam and sanitized prior to arriving at clients house. Including mop and vacuums. All scrub brushes used in a chemical free clean are to be designated for chemical free cleans only, Each brush, if not new, will have been cleaned with steam and vinegar.
No cloth that is used will have been washed with anything other than hot water and vinegar.
No chemical agent will be used during these cleans so please allow for MORE TIME due to the fact that chemical free cleans are about muscle.
The cleaners that are used during a chemical free clean will consist only of HOT water, vinegar, citrus fruits.
The use of castile soap will be up to homeowner, however castile soap is made of natural ingredients and can be found chemical free.
Polishing is to be done simply with oil and fruit peels.

Outdoor areas tend to stand out when you are walking into a tidy, clean, and kept home. Especially when the windows are clean indoors and the windowsills gleam in the sunlight, we have added our service of patio, porch, doorway, and carport cleaning.
This includes spray down off siding and outside walls within the area. Prewash of windows, drying and shining of windows with window trim and shutters included.
Door frames, doors, walkways and furniture will all be sprayed, wiped down as needed, swept and left tidy.
Please dont hesitate to ask for extras, that is my forte.

We all know that dreaded moment when you need to open the trash can and you just know that it stinks, we can take care of that. Including all indoor trash cans.

This is available eco friendly and chemical free as well.
