Design Vertices works very hard to satisfy their clients. Ethan was the project manager assigned for the redesign of my website. Every step of the way, Ethan was professional, prompt, and always made sure that I was happy with the resolutions of the various issues that came up along the way. He never let me wait a long time in delivering what he promised. Easy to work with, he always told me that he was happy to help. I couldn't be happier that the company assigned me to Ethan. The issue that I was not happy with earlier was that some of their website designers or developers were not native English speakers so I had to make them go back to correcting the text. Lots of misspelled words or that they capitalize every third word in a sentence even if I gave them the copy and all they had to do was to copy and paste. But Ethan always made sure that the different versions where there were problems were corrected, did them on time, and always asked for my feedback after revie\ing the various iterations of the website redesign.
