At my age, I value honesty and clear communication, and unfortunately my experience with this company has been very disappointing.
I was initially charged with a base amount, then later surprised with additional fees that increased the total which was untouchable, which was never clearly explained to me.
The company has been unresponsive, and I still do not have the website I originally signed up for. My request for a refund was refused. After reviewing my transactions, I also noticed a charge from a different company other then Design Orient, which is concerning.
I respectfully ask Bark.com, as a trusted platform, to please assist me in resolving this matter and help me obtain a refund. I urge others to do their research before committing.

I had quite a few revisions along the way and Kyle didn’t complain once when I had him change and update the website 10 times a week.
