I’m giving a one-star rating due to relentless back-to-back calls that felt like harassment. After finally signing up and paying for my website, they continually delayed the process, and the video support was ineffective. I struggled to understand them, missed appointments, and ultimately canceled my project on January 6, 2025. Since then, I’ve received no refund or communication, and not a single apology. Design Cosmic company has built our company website. The company did fare job of building the website itself, even though the website development project had been extended beyond the marked deadlines, and our company ended up paying twice as much as we initially discussed on the project proposal. The Way Design Cosmic justified the reason of two times payment was that in the beginning the Design Cosmic did not clearly communicate the entire price for building e-commerce like website, that includes a point of sales. After our company website was built and went life, the Design Cosmic continued charging our business for any minor services. For instance, even the business emails that were set up on the website, cost our company money. Regardless of that poor experience, I would like to admit that the Design Cosmic employees are very helpful and pretty responsive in addressing any technical challenges. Our company has had frequent communications with Mr. Steve Wilson, who was a technical product manager for the website development. Steve is able to add overall value to this web development process. Steve is very responsive, and I would like to grade Steve's technical knowledge and issue resolution skills as WERY GOOD. More...

Not a positive experience with the team at design Cosmics . Many scheduled calls missed, delays in delivery and unclear communication . The website is nowhere where it needs to be while I personally spent countless hours building detailed documents to describe each page of the work. In the beginning, I was provided the quote for new website development of $299 that was much more reasonable and affordable. In my initial conversation with Daniel, I clearly communicated what type of the website I am looking for, as well as all the features that I needed for my new website. However, after I mentioned that I need e-commerce like webpages with some additional features integration, I was charged 3 times more of the initial quote, that was provided to me via bark. Indeed, I am having unlimited reviews, however, after each review and phone conversation, it takes team a time to do modifications. Now, when it comes to the responsiveness and effectiveness of communications, I have to admit that all folks of the Design Cosmic are responsive. It is pleasant to work with some of their project managers, (one of them that was assigned for my project was Richard) vs the others. After several iterations, I found out that I have another project manager. As a result, my project is taking longer time, than I initially anticipated. The timelines we discussed are not yet met. Another important aspect that I would like to emphasize, is when I asked for my website logo, I selected the gold package for the LOGO and Stationery design, but the simplicity of the theme and the quality that my LOGO has do not resonate with the price of the "gold" package. Now, I asked for the business email, initially, I was told that it is a part of the deal. Now, another project manager is charging me for the business email.
