Daylish

I was leading a group and there was an opportunity to try the Daylish cuisine and it was delicious! The lamb chops are so flavorful a must have for your next event!

Very efficient and delicious food

Very competent and professional

We hired Daylish for our son’s graduation party and the experience was beyond a nightmare. Firstly instead of charging a certain % before the event and the remainder the day of the party she charged the full amount. We figured not to challenge that at the time. Our event was at 6:00 and the agreed arrival time was 4:00 and they showed up at 5:30. Instead of apologizing for being late she began to get snarky and snappy with my wife. The bartender who was not associated with her company came in aid of my wife. The bartender who could have arrived at 5:00 with less to set up arrived after 4:00 along with the photographer. Guests started streaming in at 6:00 and they were no where near ready with the hors d'oeuvres so we ended up getting pizza ordered for a few of our guests. The hors d'oeuvres were served several hours after arrival. We paid for several items like salad, cooked carrots and a cold mayonnaise salad type dish. These items were not served but the other items like rice, chicken, macaroni & cheese, beef and a seafood dish. After the guests had eaten the carrots and cold mayonnaise salad type dish were ready. I found out they were late because of another engagement. That is not our problem. We agreed to a 4:00 arrival time. We did the best we could to not taint the event. What a nightmare. I’m not a big fan of posting bad reviews but with all the money spent way north of $4k plus a tip I had to say something. Chef Daka and her staff were very professional and polite. They gave us a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend and would most definitely utilize her in the future. I would rate a 10/10.

Daylish is amazing!!! Professional, competent and patient. Day Executed my special day down right perfect and the food was amazing, we talked about which courses I wanted and she even went out of the way to make sure my special request were satisfied. Thank you so much Day I will be back! More...
