This is the worst VENDOR to deal with when: 1) Logging in more than once -- can't find your membership, repeatedly 2) Updating payment methods (e. g., when card is lost or stolen) is IMPOSSIBLE without having to email -- you can't even call them -- to request this information. And then they force you to put your credit card #, Expiry, and CVV into a webform. And they will DROP YOU without ANY comms whatsoever if ONE autopay fails. I have one coming up on the 13th that I suspect will fail -- because I cannot update my own account -- and they won't even tell me. The location at Riggs in Gilbert knocked out and shattered my entire tail light. Severing the electrical as well. The attendant on site was kind and helped me file a claim. I received an automated response to say that it was "approved" and that I would be compensated for the damages. That's where it ends. It is apparent after reading multiple reviews that I am not alone. There is NO response or way to move things forward. It's been over a week, and it seems their business model is to respond to negative reviews online for you to submit or reach out to claims. I was on a monthly plan. I enjoyed taking my vehicle to the Apache Junction location. I just cancelled my plan. This location has become dirty and broken. In the past 6 months, there were missi g vacuum hoses, the brushes in the tunnel weren't all working. The high pressure air was working and hoses weren't attached. It actually made me sad to feel like I had to cancel the plan. But even emailing corporate, they seemed like they could care less. Time to find a company that cares. More...

On January 12, 2024, my husband was getting his car washed at the Falcon, CO location. The car wash malfunctioned, causing the garage-type door at the end to close down, but the belt kept pushing my husband's truck forward. He honked the horn repeatedly to get someone's attention to try and get them to shut it down, but he was still pushed into the door. His truck received some body damage from this incident. He spoke with the car wash employees who helped him file a claim. The claim was approved on February 5, 2024. He was told he needed to send in 3 estimates for the work and that if the total amount ended up being more than the estimates, the car wash would not pay the remainder. After calling around to several different body shops, he was only able to get ONE who could get him in for an estimate and wouldn't make him wait 3-4 months. He let the Super Star claims department know this and after some back and forth through email, they told him to send the one estimate he received. Because the shop needed to have his truck for a few days while it was being repaired, he needed to get a rental so he could continue getting to work. Today, May 17, 2024, we received an email from the claims representative stating that they will not be reimbursing us for the rental vehicle because they had already sent out the check for repairs. Throughout this entire claim, my husband has had to follow up REPEATEDLY because the claims representative, Patricia Solis, would wait WEEKS before responding. He requested to be connected to a supervisor multiple times and she ignored his request every time. 1. It is absolutely unacceptable that it has taken this long to get through this process. 2. It's even more unacceptable that your claims representatives are going weeks in between responses, especially when we have reached out for updates repeatedly. 3. My husband would NOT have had to get a rental vehicle if his truck did not need to be in the shop due to the damage caused by this car wash, which they accepted responsibility for. This is NOT a reflection of the employees who work at the Falcon location. They are incredibly kind and helpful. The issue here is the extremely poor customer service from the claims department - the absurd delays in communication from the claims representative, the refusal to escalate the issue after repeated requests to do so, and finally the failure to pay for the costs incurred due to damage done by this car wash. My first time visiting today, about half way through the wash my jeep got stuck on the tracks, didn’t think much of it, until I got to the end of the wash and my car got stuck again at the dryers. the green go light did not come on, nor did my car move at all to push me out of the wash. An attendant came to my vehicle and told me to go forward, so I did. When I got out of my car to attach my antenna (always take it off before an automatic wash) I then saw major damage to my light bar, which was almost completely ripped off the top of my jeep. Another attendant came outside to take pictures, and told me they are NOT liable for any damages. Please save yourself the trouble of coming here until they have resolved the issues they are clearly experiencing with this new car wash. We have A Member Ship there The New one that opened in Victorville Calif it was good At the Beginning but now I go & the Vacuums are always Plugged up on 4-8-24 so I finally told someone so the So called Manager came out her name was Brittany I was told her about it so she told me They are Short staffed and don’t have time to fix all the vacuums that are plugged up. I told her why she should she be a manager. Super disappointed with my first visit. I was looking to switch my membership from Cobblestone to Super Star Car Wash BUT my first experience yesterday changed my mind. I went to 3 different post-wash stalls to finish my cleaning with the complimentary tools - none of the air guns worked, seemed like 1/2 the vacuums lacked suction, there were hardly any available clean towels…you had to try and find them in different stalls, the staff was no where to be found. On February 23rd, 2024, at approximately 2:30, I took , I took my car through the automatic car wash located at 91st Ave and Northern. When my car was pulled into the bay, the top brush started beating up my car pretty badly to the point I thought it was going to break my windows. I immediately exited the car wash and ran to tell the attendant not to let any more cars in the bay due to the damage that the car wash was causing, but he ignored me and proceeded to guide cars into the bay. Immediately the car behind me also had the same issue. Upon inspecting our cars, we both realized the damage that was caused to both of our vehicles. My car’s hood, passenger mirror, passenger quarter panel, widow trim, trunk, and taillight were damaged by the car wash. We asked to speak to a manager, who took an incident report and assured us it would be covered due to the damage being caused by their equipment. The following Monday, the 25th, I received the email from their claims department. I have sent them info, every single time that they request it on the same day. I also went and got three quotes for my vehicle at their request, and have yet to receive a SINGLE response to any of my questions or queries via email. There is not a number you can call, and they have not responded regarding my claim. This is incredibly frustrated due to the amount of damage caused to my car and others, and have been in complete limbo for close to three weeks now. My running board broke off while going thru the wash and I got one response a denial saying they do not cover after market parts…Who said it was after market? They are basically a fraudulent scam! If you sign up and want to keep it forever it may be great. If however the prices goes up or you move or simply don’t need it, it is impossible to cancel. The local car wash can set up charges but can’t stop them, if they ‘cancel’ it doesn’t actually cancel and charges keep coming. I’m in the process of disputing charges, and if that poses a problem I’ll go through the painful process to report my CC lost and get new # to stop the automatic charges. Buyer beware! More...

Come to find out a year later I’ve been getting charged $19. 95 per month and after a year it went up to $36.95. I never signed up for or authorized this.
