I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with David Miller Studios. We found him through Thumbtack. We sent out several quote requests and David's response was the fastest and by far the most professional . Within a few minutes time my phone was ringing and David discussed our needs with us explaining his fee structure and how things worked. The contract was for my daughter's wedding which was somewhat non traditional in its organization and structure. We did not have a photographer at the dinner portion of the wedding, it was all about the church. David was very helpful in planning out the time needed for various components and ensuring that our requests for friends and family photos at the church could happen. The day before the wedding (literally!)...the groom decided that he wanted to add a video component. I was certain that a call to David would result in a negative outcome, however, that was not the case! He was able to put a videographer on for me short order! Amazing! Both the photographer and videographer arrived on time and were very professional. The product was gorgeous despite a not so gorgeous outdoor area around the church. The staff respected the sacred nature of the mass but still got the shots every bride and mother of hopes for! His package delivers digital downloads of all shots and video as well as a discount for merchandise should you choose to order professional grade prints. The media was easy to download and a full release was included with the files. The work was beautiful. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend him. I loved Daniel’s work and punctuality to the venue and the photos he took at my music concert. The only thing that was not made clear to me was that there would be an additional charge for the extra 10 minutes he stayed due to the concert start time being delayed. I told him he could leave early if necessary, and he agreed to stay without insinuating there would be an overtime fee. The lack of communication around that fee is the reason this is 4 stars. So I recommend to other people looking to book that you make absolutely sure of the timeframe you are using and know if there are any problems or delays with the time frame you will be charged.
