What do you love most about your job?
I’ve been blessed to have some amazing teachers and a great first half of my life. I love paying it forward by serving others AND I love it when people break through their circumstances and find the wisdom they’ve had inside all along.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A few years ago, when I exited the company I founded, I realized I had a chance to pick and choose my next adventure. What I loved doing most in my career was coaching leaders. Next to my family, it’s the most rewarding thing to me. I decided to focus my working time on that.
Why should our clients choose you?
The coach/client relationship is all about the vibe. We have to connect. That said, assuming we do, my secret sauce is that prior to becoming a coach, I have over 30 years of experience leading organizations including half of that time spent building and scaling my own business. I respect my fellow coaches but most simply don't have the real world experience building careers or businesses that I do. That gives you and me a common language and purpose. I've actually been where you are and where you're seeking to go. Beyond career, I've been happily married over 20 years, have two great kids, do my best to live a purposeful life and follow a spiritual path.

I work internationally mostly over the phone and via zoom. I am available for travel for specific very short term assignments.
