Before I started with coaching, I found it difficult to work through stressful situations in my life. Even if I would figure out how to work through one challenge, I felt that I lacked the proper guidance that could convey the knowledge of how to deal with future challenges. This lead me to feeling less confident in myself which made it even harder to deal with those scenarios. Coaching with Darren gave me the tools to build real confidence in myself and my ability to react properly to each stressful situation individually. After working with Darren, I have really found that I have been able to preface each situation with positivity and to handle each situation almost seamlessly. What a life improvement! I came to Darren knowing I was struggling with my business and had real work to do on my marriage. I couldn't figure out what to do. Darren helped me identify the internal issues causing me to enable unhealthy relationship dynamics with those dear to me, like my wife and business partner. We worked through the social anxieties that were causing me to avoid confrontation and he handed me the skill set to help me own my marriage and my business.

Helping men step out of stuck patterns and into clarity, focus, and leadership is some of the most meaningful work I’ve ever done — and I see how it impacts not just them, but their families, businesses, and communities as well.

I’ve always been fascinated by how people work — I’ve been studying human behavior and psychology since I was about 15. For years, I worked in religious institutions helping people through major life roadblocks. Over time, I realized that what holds most people back isn’t a lack of technical skills — it’s the emotional patterns and mental roadblocks they don’t even realize are running the show.

I also saw how powerful it is when a person learns to look inside and identify the emotional thoughts and patterns that are driving their actions — and limiting their success. This is one of the most important keys to change — and it’s a piece that is too often ignored.

In this work, I’ve helped men break out of unhealthy dynamics — learning how to stop enabling others, whether in relationships, in business partnerships, or in managing employees. I’ve also helped men in the dating world who struggled for years to find a healthy relationship — often without realizing that their own emotional patterns were blocking them. Building confidence, emotional leadership, and clarity in these areas is some of the most life-changing work I do.

In my business career, managing inventory and forecasting for a fast-paced company, I saw this again and again: capable men getting stuck not because they didn’t know what to do — but because they hadn’t learned how to manage focus, emotions, and resilience.

I started this coaching business to give men practical tools to break through those hidden patterns and take consistent action toward the life they want — in their work, relationships, and personal growth.

Because I understand what it’s like to face real-life pressures — both in business and in relationships — and I know that success is often blocked not by skill, but by emotional patterns running beneath the surface.

I bring a practical, no-gimmick coaching style based on years of experience helping men break through blocks they didn’t even realize were holding them back. Yes — I provide all of my coaching online via Zoom or similar platforms. I regularly work with clients in the U.S. and other countries, and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones.

I offer sessions during U.S. morning and early afternoon hours (up to 3:00 PM Eastern Time), Sunday through Friday. Please note: I am not available on Saturdays, and on Fridays my availability is limited to early morning hours.

The coaching experience is the same as in-person: fully interactive, practical, and focused on helping you get results. Whether you’re at home, at work, or traveling, you can access the coaching you need — without the limits of location.

All of my coaching is provided online via Zoom, so no in-person contact is required — keeping clients fully safe and comfortable.
