This is my new favorite. They have incredible service, very kind staff. The food was delicious. I got the pineapple and honey sauces and wow best chicken ever. So tasty and perfect amount of spices. The staff puts on a great facade but you can certainly see through it that there is a lot of tension. The man seems to be angry at everything, very stanfoff-ish and you can tell the womans demeanor is fake. I tried the chicken from this mobile restaurant twice. Once in Anchorage at an event then again in Palmer at an event. After both instances I came down with a horrible case of food poisoning. The first time I thought maybe it was something I had eaten earlier which is why I gave them a 2nd try. The 2nd time, their chicken was the only item I had eaten that day which guaranteed that their food was the cause. My husband and I went to the fairgrounds yesterday to grab dinner and we stopped at this gem of a spot. All that was left by this time was the whole wings with mango sauce. Oh My Goodness, these were amazing. Big, juicy and a little bit of jerk spice. Not too spicy that this girl couldn’t handle. I’m not a spicy food person but these were absolutely phenomenal. Today, my sister and I stopped by to give this a try and OMG, we were Not Disappointed! The wings we ordered were simply delicious and there was nothing left of the chicken sandwich. Mac and cheese was yummy and their Hibiscus Passion Juice was Out of This World and So Incredibly Refreshing. This is not a Maybe, this an Absolute, Must Stop Food Truck. You will Not be unhappy and you will soon be making plans to stop by again. The proprietors are beyond gracious and kind, and believe it or not, they sure can cook! We will be back!
