I first contacted Dennis for DJ services. He exceeded that initial request by coming to the venue, discussing our vision, and offering suggestions to elevate the party. Thanks to his expertise, we added uplighting, dance floor lighting, a photo booth (which became the guest's favorite!), a bartender, and even food servers!

Doctor D is so professional and really knows how to get people moving! It was such a pleasure working with him because he spent the time coming to the office a few weeks before the event to make sure the space was doable for the DJ the photo booth and the photographer. Additionally he came the day before the event to set up and to make sure the space was ready for the event which is really helpful because when he arrive all he will he had to do is pull up the photo booth and create the station for the props. And throughout the event he kept the energy up and played a pretty sick playlist for my company holiday party. Four days to my event, I came on Bark to try to find a Photo Booth vendor. Deryck from D Entertainment reached out to me to offer his services. Even though it was such short notice, he designed and edited several templates over the next few days, and worked with us until we were satisfied with the design.

He arrived at the event ahead of time, set up the photo booth and came with an abundance of props. He was ready at the beginning of the event and kept things running expertly at the photo booth. At the end of the our contracted time, he handed me a flash drive with all the pictures as promised.

If only I knew then what I know now. Stay away from this fraud who poses as a DJ and destroys special events. What upsets me is the fact that I went against my wife's better judgment to not hire him. Now for the rest of our lives, she will have to look up DJs for future events because he made me look bad and made himself look like a fool. From getting our wedding parties names wrong to making inappropriate jokes to our wedding guests. Just appalling. I'm convinced that the other reviews were created by him or close friends and relatives. And to be doing this for 25-30??!!??? The only thing good about him is his money back guarantee. Since my original review, and all of my wedding guests reviews, keep being deleted (for which I have already reported to the Better Business Bureau) I am leaving another one. I hired this "DJ" for my wedding and he was rude, abrasive, condescending, and offensive. As he is not a DJ, but instead brings one with him, he messed up every song entrance, mispronounced my wedding party's names (when he said them at all), did not have the songs from our playlist, and made crude jokes all night. It's very clear that all these other positive reviews are fake (hence the misspelling of words in every one). It is a week after our wedding and we are still hearing from our guests and vendors horror stories of their interactions with him. Save yourself the embarrassment and hire literally anyone else. This my second time using Dd Entertainment. Last year my 50th birthday. This pass July 3rd he did my daughter wedding 💑 and he hade the crowd jumping. Everyone still talking about it. Honestly what can I say the Doctor was definitely in the housr. He did actually what needed to be done and what was gave everyone in there feet and having a great time. Doctor D was excellent!!! He was able to accommodate my birthday BBQ with short notice. The music selection was on point from start to finish. I would definitely recommend!!!!

This was the worst experience with a "DJ" I have ever had! First and foremost, he is not a DJ, at best he is a bad and offensive MC. In fact, he stated he was bringing someone to run the photobooth when in reality it was actually the real DJ he brought with him! Someone we had never met nor spoke to. Instead, he was on the mic the entire night offending and demeaning the crowd. He ruined my wedding from start to finish. After making my new husband and I meet with him for 45 minutes, the night before our wedding, to go over information we sent him two weeks prior, he still messed up every single song and every single entrance from the ceremony to the reception. He is inappropriate, unprofessional, rude, abrasive, and honestly terrible at his job. All of our vendors and guests questioned why we ever hired him. We also ask ourselves that question. Even after having every detail of what we wanted, in writing, he came unprepared and had no idea what was going on. He had very little songs off our extensive playlist and claimed he couldn't do anything about it because his laptop did not connect to YouTube. I cannot describe the number of times the wrong song was played for the wrong part of the ceremony and/or reception. His offensive jokes about the infidelity in his own marriage and asking the crowd "who's a virgin?" made all of our guests uncomfortable. The best thing about hiring him was his "money back guarantee." Trust me when I say, save yourself, your vendors, and your guests the headache and embarrassment and DO NOT HIRE HIM! More...
