I didn’t know where to start with my blood sugar. My numbers were creeping up, and I was tired all the time. I started my own business because I wanted the freedom to support my clients in a more meaningful, personalized way—and to build a life that allowed me to be present for my family. As a nutritionist working for someone else, I felt limited in both how I could help and how I could show up for my kids. I wanted to be the one picking them up from school, volunteering in their classrooms, and being there when they needed me—without having to ask for time off. Creating my own practice gave me the flexibility to live in alignment with my values while helping other women do the same with their health.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I use a functional, root-cause method that looks at the whole picture—supporting your body’s ability to heal by working with its natural rhythms. All sessions are held virtually, and ongoing support is available through coaching packages.
