I have been working with Damien at Cultura Coaching for a little over 6 months and the experience has been great! Our business has been going through a time of transition which was a little overwhelming because of all the things that seemingly needed to be done. Damien has helped me sort through the to do list and focus on the most critical items. This helped me feel like I am accomplishing something instead of just spinning my wheels.

As a small business owner, I really appreciate having someone to bounce thoughts and ideas off, but I have found that the accountability that Damien has provided to be invaluable. He is great at allowing me to identify the things that need to get done but then he challenges me to set deadlines and to see them through to completion. Since I feel like I am constantly getting pulled in multiple directions this is something I needed.

Best business decision I made in 2024. Seriously. I contacted Damien when I was in the thick of a downward spiral with my business. He not only helped me out of a financial hole but he did it with guidance, education, and encouragement that made me empowered and capable. Damien has been a huge help to my company. What I have enjoyed about working with him is he gives me ideas to work with and then lets me expand it in my own way. He opens up my mind to think differently in ways I wouldn't have.
