I have been working with Damien at Cultura Coaching for a little over 6 months and the experience has been great! Our business has been going through a time of transition which was a little overwhelming because of all the things that seemingly needed to be done.
Damien has helped me sort through the to do list and focus on the most critical items. This helped me feel like I am accomplishing something instead of just spinning my wheels.
As a small business owner, I really appreciate having someone to bounce thoughts and ideas off, but I have found that the accountability that Damien has provided to be invaluable. He is great at allowing me to identify the things that need to get done but then he challenges me to set deadlines and to see them through to completion. Since I feel like I am constantly getting pulled in multiple directions this is something I needed.

What inspired you to start your own business?
When working for a company, I am limited to my impact reach (One Company), however, by starting my own coaching and consulting business, I am able to impact many.
When leaders improve, the company improves. When the company improves, it impacts so many employees, which positively impacts many families. This is the joy of why I do what I do.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am far from a cookie-cutter coach or consultant company. I build a custom roadmap for each of my clients, based upon their specific goals and evolve this throughout our engagement. After each session I send a follow up email detailing the agreed upon action items for the following week to help us achieve our results.

I help them add a business framework that scales by removing roadblocks and increasing their ability to seize new opportunities.
There are many ways in which I work with clients from 1-hour to work shops to my most popular option of 1-on-1 weekly (or bi-weekly coaching).
We focus on building out your goals, determining the best plan of action, and then execution of the plan.
Project Execution (Consulting)
For my coaching clients, I offer the ability to help do it for you as far as consulting. We may agree a job description is our next step to growth, which i can help build.
Consulting helps move along the clients goals sooner by executing quicker.
