Dropped in for a class today while visiting Houston! First time in Houston and I’m so glad I decided to try out this gym and meet the locals. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, I felt like I was at my home gym. Kind of sad I won’t be back to attend more classes! Coach Tony was amazing, truly enjoyed his kindness, motivation during the workout and just chatting with him. This gym is lucky to have such a great coach..he was 110% focused on the members during the workout and positive feedback the whole time. So much fun, if I’m here again I’ll definitely be back! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By performing a 60 minute consultation that gives me an idea of who the client is, their goals and current abilities. We then perform (7) movements that demonstrates where there may be deficiencies, a 10-minute assault bike for total calories, and an InBody scan for metrics. All of this information allows me to build a program for my athlete.

A sustainable nutrition plan plus a program designed specifically for you. It is all about learning how to create a sustainable lifestyle that includes a great 80/20 balance. 80% of the time investing into your health so you can enjoy life to the max those other 20%.

Simply, helping people build a life that allows them to be in this world longer with the people they love the most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to do what I’m passionate about on a daily basis.

Yes. We have an Online Personal Training program.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social distance, face cover, constant cleaning daily, deep cleaning of the gym 3x a week, and enforcing COVID-19 protocols in regards to being exposed or having symptoms. I have recently received both of my shots.
Personal Training
We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute sessions.
These can be done 1 on 1, 2 on 1 or 3 on 1.
We can also do these services through Zoom and make house calls within a 3 mile radius of the gym.
Online Personal Training
Our online personal training services are perfect if you need the accountability to reach your goals. We will provide custom workouts that match your fitness levels and goals. We will provide 24 hours messaging with your online coach to guide you and keep you accountable. We will provide you video tutorials of movements to ensure you know how to do them, feedback on your movements and lifestyle questions.
Dual Personal Training
We offer dual personal training where you can work with your spouse or best friend or family member or whoever else! This allows you to build a healthier and fitter lifestyle with the people closest to you!
CrossFit Group Classes
A professional coach will lead you through a warm up, workout and cool down. The coach will provide immediate feedback and correct any movement performed by you during the full hour of class. You will workout amongst other athletes who are looking to get fitter and healthier. Working out in a group setting creates a fun environment for everyone.
Workouts can be scaled appropriately to your current fitness capacity. The requirement of each coach who leads class is to ensure every athlete feels comfortable, welcomed, challenged and has fun in class. Through this, athletes are able to get to their individual results.
Legends Program - Seniors Group Class
This program is for anyone who is 60 years old and plus.
This program is designed to regain functionality and overall movement in life.
Class is going to be every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15am-10am. In those 45 minutes, the focus will on:
-Improving and maintaining strength and flexibility
-Improving neurological adaptations such as coordination and balance
-Learning new movements that will lead to improving functionality
Class will be designed to meet each individual at their current fitness level.
No Fitness experience needed.
