What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile on peoples faces when things work like they want them to. Allowing company leaders to focus on what they do best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the consulting business for over 20 years with companies large and small. We have an ethics code we follow and the ability to serve companies without having to compromise our ethics is something that drives us.
Why should our clients choose you?
I, and many of the people I would bring in on a project, have HR certifications. We have seen how many different companies do things and we can bring those best practices to you. HR is changing rapidly and if your company is trying to have your office manager or Accountant handle the HR, how much experience do they have in the HR space?
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Much of what we do can be done remotely using services like MS teams. We will come onsite if it makes sense to do so, but most companies now are set up to handle tasks on an outsourced remote basis.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of what we do now is remote based and with COVID companies got very good with that saving travels costs and time.
