I've seen Cosmic Spin live many times and they put on a great show! Such beautiful harmonies. Always grateful for their gigs — a bright spot of entertainment in my week.
What do you love most about your job?
The moment when the music connects. We love watching people's faces light up when they recognize a favorite song — especially when they hear us play it in a way they've never heard before! Whether it's Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, Hall and Oates, Van Morrison, or Elton John, we love breathing new life into timeless music with our own rich harmonies, creative arrangements, and irresistible grooves. But the best part isn't just playing music we love. It's sharing the experience with people of all ages and backgrounds, seeing strangers smile at one another, watching toes tap, and feeling that wonderful connection between performers and audience. Music brings people together. Getting to be part of that magic is what keeps us doing this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Music has been part of both our lives for as long as we can remember. When we started singing together, we discovered something special: two voices that blend magically (one fan calls it peanut butter and jelly), and a creative chemistry that makes performing together a joy.
Cosmic Spin grew out of our connection. Over the years, we've crafted a distinctive sound, combining rich vocal harmonies, layered guitars, and infectious grooves to breathe new life into familiar songs.
We've been fortunate to share our music with audiences throughout California, from intimate gatherings to major stages. What started as a shared passion has become a wonderful way to connect with people, celebrate life, and spread joy.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we offer something a little different — and a whole lot of fun!
Cosmic Spin combines the intimacy and personal connection of a duo with the rich, dynamic sound of a full band. Our soulful harmonies, layered guitars, and custom-produced backing tracks bring fresh energy and irresistible grooves to songs people already know and love.
We know how to read a room. Whether your event calls for relaxed, atmospheric music or an engaging featured performance, we tailor our sound, song selections, and volume to the occasion. Our music brings people together without getting in the way of conversation.
We're also experienced professionals who make your job easier. We're fully insured, completely self-contained, and bring our own professional sound system when needed. We arrive prepared, work comfortably with event organizers and venue staff, and take pride in delivering a polished, worry-free performance.
With performances throughout California, including San Francisco's PIER 39 and the BottleRock stage at the Napa Valley Expo, plus two national Top 40 radio hits, we bring proven musical credentials to every engagement.
Most importantly, we truly love what we do — and that joy is contagious.
