I would not recommend this cleaning service. Despite paying extra for a "deep clean," none of the cabinets, microwave, or refrigerator were cleaned (let alone touched) as advertised. Even more oddly, the cleaning staff took all my personal cleaning supplies home with them in addition to my small toolkit. When I raised both of these issues with management by email, I essentially received excuses for the cleaning job and no logical reason why my stuff was taken. I've been using CoreOps for both my apartment and office, and I can confidently say they are hands down the best in the business. Cleaners were great, but it is extremely unclear - you will be charged PER CLEANER, PER HOUR - I thought I would have one cleaner coming and I ended up having two, so though they were only there for 2 hours, I was billed for 3. 5 hours. Katrina, I see that you believe that the communication is “extremely” unclear. We had gave you an estimate of 4.5 hours prior to the cleaning. Through out conversations, you were told that you will be billed for what the cleaners clean. If they clean for 5 hours, you will be billed for 5, if its 4 then 4. We sent you two cleaners that cleaned for in total 3.5 hours. One cleaner from 11-1 and the other from 11-12:30. This total comes out to less than 4.5 hours which was the initial estimate. You were only billed for 3.5 hours. You seem to think that sending 1 cleaner is cheaper than having 2, which is where the confusion is. The price doesnt change. It is based on labor hours. You say that the cleaners were great.. this means they were actually cleaning the entire time and not fiddling their fingers. Once again, there is no price difference if we had sent you 3,4 or 5 cleaners. We sent 2 cleaners so we wouldnt take up too much of your time in your home. One cleaner wouldve also spent 3.5 hours. You even agreed to 4.5 hours of cleaning. We charged you for exactly what you recieved. Nothing more and nothing less. If the “extreme unclarity” was because we sent 2 cleaners instead of 1, we apologize for doing so. The labor charge is correct and we stand by it.

Great cleaning! The communication was a bit off, as they didnt bring mops and brooms when I said thereweren't any. Also, the cleaners were told a different time than what was agreed on , w.hich created a time crunch.
