Do NOT recommend! Like others say they don't return messages and then say they didn't get pictures when I sent 12 pictures twice and have screen shots showing this! ! Still have the texts and screen shots. He acted like he didn't know me the next day, when we had talked about him being friends with my cousin (we have same last name). with 45 years of being a business owner .. I feel this business needs a bad review to wake up .. they installed a new liner for me last week . . most of that process went well .. unfortunately, after they left and we paid them in full is when it goes bad.. they "never" answer phone or ever call you back ..... liner install was in but needed cut out for skimmer and water direction valve to be completed .. when team lead left .. he called office to make sure they send someone out to finish install in am so we can get water deliver done in morning.... this was to happen Friday am .. no show and no answer of multiple calls or texts.. tried again Saturday ( which they are open) .. no response Sunday .. I finished the install .. thought we knew better than to pay in full until entire job is complete .. never again ..l thought being a mom-pop operation .. we would expect better service .. did I mention lack of clean up too !! The hall had a perfect setup. Had enough tables and chairs. The structure of this hall is too perfect. I would highly recommend anyone that is trying to have any sort of celebration this hall. I was so excited to eat tamales and my chicken in green salsa was so delicious but this masa messed everything up!.
