Copa was born out of a love for hospitality and a passion for creating great experiences. I had been bartending on the side for years — at friends’ parties, family events, and private gigs — and realized how much I enjoyed connecting with people and setting the tone for a good time. Starting my own mobile bar felt like the perfect way to turn that into something bigger: a business that brings people together through great drinks, great vibes, and thoughtful service.

We’re fully insured, TIPS certified, and bring everything from mixers and custom cocktails to sleek bar setups and great energy. Yes — while our bartending services are in-person, we do offer virtual beverage consultations! This includes working with you remotely to design a custom cocktail menu, providing a curated shopping list, and even shipping recipe cards or ingredient kits (when possible). It’s perfect for destination events, planning ahead, or hosting virtual happy hours with a personalized touch.

We take health and safety seriously. To keep our clients safe, we follow proper food-handling protocols, use single-use drinkware when requested, and maintain a clean, sanitized bar setup at every event. Hand sanitizer is always available at our bar, and staff stay home if experiencing any symptoms. We’re also happy to accommodate outdoor setups or contactless service options when needed — your comfort is our priority.
