How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Initially, by providing inspiration and knowledge..and structure. We ARE going to meet, whether its in person or virtually, on THESE days to do work. That's a very powerful thing.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is really that there IS no secret..its just consistency, hard work and a positive mindset.
Nutrition is really important..especially with getting leaner as you get stronger. And also being smart about training..if you are injured, you can't train hard.
What do you love most about your job?
I think its the personal interaction with other people. There's an energy there, that is very challenging and rewarding. I also like being my own boss.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Well...at the time, it seemed like something I would really enjoy doing. And I was good at it.

I think my best qualities are patience, consistency and a lifetime of practical knowledge from working with all sorts of people in every type of setting.

Yes. Besides in-person training sessions here on Long Island, I do virtual sessions on Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When training people in their home, I wear a mask and try not to get as close to them as I normally would.
I'm hoping things will change as we get closer to summer.

Some of the equipment I use, and encourage my clients to use, are stability balls, BOSU ball, TRX, dumbells, bands, NT Loops, kettlebells. And their own body and mind!
