Life is filled with surprises, both good and bad. At times, those surprises change our lives drastically to a point where we need additional support, guidance, and compassion to help us move forward. My work with children, adolescents, and families is to provide a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help my clients navigate through their emotional, personal, and relational difficulties to lead them towards a more fulfilling life. My ultimate goal is to collaboratively work with my clients to foster independence and personal empowerment. This will help them learn how to help themselves in future difficult situations.

I am an LCSW with a Pupil Personnel Credential. I use a variety of treatment approaches tailored to meet the needs of each client.An example of approaches I use are: MindfulnessCT, Play Therapy, CBT, Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Parent-Children Interaction Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I am ONLY offering services via teletherapy.

I provide individual/relationship therapy for a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety mood, self-esteem, parenting issues, marital problems, school-related issues, relationship issues, grief, and work/family-related stressors.
