Services

For humans that have a disability and are looking to train a dog to help mitigate their symptoms. My specialty is scent training dogs to detect medical episodes, but the list of service dogs I am able to train grows all the time. Here are just a few:

- Medical detection dogs for high or low blood sugar, seizures, cardiac episodes, epinephrin episodes, cortisol episodes/panic attacks, migraines, or blood pressure

- Allergen detection (for gluten and select others)

- Non-veteran psychiatric service dogs for PTSD

- Autism service dogs

- Service dogs for disorders that experience psychosis and hallucinations

- Mobility assistance service dogs

- And more!

NOTE: I DO NOT OFFER BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION SERVICES VIRTUALLY DUE TO SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. WE MUST MEET IN PERSON.

Doggy therapy and training for dogs who struggle with big feelings that result in difficult behaviors. Lasting change is possible with science-based methodology and a gentle hand. You can enjoy your dog again. Here are some things I can help you with:

- Barking at people, dogs, or even things like cars

- Anxiety

- Stress

- Separation anxiety

- Shyness

- Fear

- Aggression

- And more!

For those sweet but rowdy pups who jump on their guests, pull your arm out of your socket, counter surf, or lose their sense of hearing when you’re calling them to come back to you. Teaching them life skills and manners bonds you with your dog and helps reduce your frustration so you can have some peace in the house again. Here are some things I can help you cover:

Loose leash walking (or even walking in a heel if you’re fancy)

Coming when called

Impulse control, to keep them from eating off your counters and darting after squirrels

Obedience skills and how to help them focus around distractions

And more!

For dogs and humans that are bored, looking to bond with each other, trying to work their brains, or just want their dog to learn some fun party tricks (or ribbons and titles) in the process. Here are some fun tricks we can learn together:

Jumping through a hoop

Playing dead

Agility course obstacles

Giving a kiss on cue

Doing a pushup

And SO many more (the options with tricks are really endless)!

For humans of dogs ages 6 months and under who are looking to set themselves off on the right foot. I HIGHLY recommend doing an in-person puppy class at this age once your pup is up to date on vaccines. However, here are some things I can help you cover:

Socialization

Teaching your dog how to learn (they aren’t born knowing how to exist in the weirdness of our human world)

Beginner’s obedience

Bonding, enrichment, and exercise plans

Getting your pup used to grooming, handling, and the big wide world

And more!

Walking on a leash, sit, down, stay! We can start with the basics and move on to more useful and impressive training!
