Chawn was prompt, professional, cordial and very reasonable. He was also flexible with pickup time when we needed a change.
He took good care of our kids when he took them to prom, making the feel like celebrities in the limo with the amenities.

Chawn was extremely communicative prior to the trip.
We were looking for a ride to and from the airport.
I was concerned that we potentially could be left without a ride in the last minute, so I reminded him several times prior to pick up.
He was extremely courteous and responded right away, alleviating my concern.
