Comeketo Catering & Bar Service

This review is for the catering company associated with this restaurant. I would never hire them for another function. We hired them for our wedding reception and the food came over cooked, the salad was soggy, they didn’t set anything up, there wasn’t enough utensils, they didn’t provide enough wire chafing dishes holders for the hot food, there wasn’t enough sternos, and then when we called to complain they called us liars. Recently got to try this Brazilian steakhouse and loved the variety of meat they had! My favorite cuts were probably the top sirloin and prime sirloin but I also really enjoyed the chicken wrapped in bacon and chicken wings. They were both very juicy! They asked us ahead of time the temperature we wanted our steak at and the meat truly came out to be the medium rare that we asked for. I also enjoyed the sides they had, especially the plantains and the shrimp. The shrimp was so plump and flavorful. I probably could have had a plate full of those. They also had a full salad bar of veggies to eat with your meal which was a great addition. They had a wide selection of cocktails to choose from as well. I got the tropical caipirinhas and my boyfriend got the Comeketo zombie. They were both fruity and worked well with our meal. Overall the staff was extremely nice and I really enjoyed my meal here. Made an unplanned stop to Comeketo Brazalian Steakhouse. I haven't been to a Brazilian steakhouse in quite a few years. This is a smaller restaurant than the typical place of this type, so I wasn't sure what to expect. As we were walking into the restaurant, the smell of grilled meat was glorious. The hostess/waitress seated us promptly even though the restaurant was quite busy. Our waiter Eric soon arrived and took our drink order. His service, along with the other servers, was friendly and prompt. While the salad bar was quite small, it offered many really fresh and delicious options. And honestly, is anyone actually going to a Brazilian Steakhouse for the salad bar? Used to really like this place, in hindsight I don't know if I've ever had a great dinner experience here. I think a lot of it historically has had to do with pacing. Just finished dinner over there. Would never recommend anybody go any dinner at that place. Over the course of an hour and 10 minutes we were served five of the advertised 13 kinds of meat I believe? Prep on those was okay. Portions were extremely tiny. And again biggest problem was just a lack of food and a lack of attention from the servers. They seemed happy to bring around french fries and fried yucca, but we saw a very little meat, the salad bar was badly depleted, bread was stale, soup was empty, greens were wilted and spoiling in some places. We had a lovely pile of plates and empty glasses that spent most of the evening on our table. I ended the meal with my plate sitting empty in front of me begging for me for about 15 minutes. Plenty of staff, plenty of activity in the room, but seemingly no food. Never seen anything quite like it. Bill for two adults and two kiddos ages 4 and 6 ended up being $135. Nowhere close to reasonable. Have no idea what they're doing and whether this is a new development, but I'm all set. Always really wanted to like this place, have had a couple of really nice lunch experiences, but never a very good dinner and this is the final straw. Not sure what the recommend here, maybe get clarity with a server up front that you're going to need to be in and out with some of everything within 45 minutes to an hour? But yeah. That was a bad time. I hope others are having better times or that they get their act together. More...

Os piores $35 gastos da minha vida, não merece nem 1 estrela, deveria existir estrela negativa para este tipo de restaurante. Um dos piores restaurantes que já fui, e um rodízio que parece uma piada, atendente Antônio foi muito profissional, mas a organização deste rodízio é horrível e a qualidade da comida referente ao preço é ridículo, passos do atendimento sao, você escolhe a salada, depois de 10 minutos vem arroz e com feijão que parece que foi congelado por 3 dias, depois de mais 10 minutos vem pão de alho, depois de mais 10 minutos servem dois a 3 pedaços de carne queimada coberta com queijo, então vem carne e então se repete novamente, o prazo para cada alimento servido, te deixa a esperar demais e tudo aquilo que foi descongelado no microwave esfria muito rápido, literalmente horrível, nem meu cachorro espera ser servido daquele jeito, quero lembrar aqui que o problema não são os funcionários mas o schedule de como as coisas são servidas, se vocês não querem comprar os aparelhos para deixar as pessoas se servirem como em um rodízio o mínimo é deixar o básico e fazer o rodízio de carnes assadas e frangos etc como uma rotação, mas fazer rodízio com internavalos de 10 minutos para cada situação começando com pão de alho ridículo, pareceu até estratégia pra comer menos carne kkkk e quando chegou a carne na minha mesa o arroz já estava frio, o refrigerante já tinha virado água, eu já tinha perdido a fome.
