Chris and Christina really spent a lot of 1 on 1 time with us, explaining in great detail the process, also were always available by phone through the 1. 5 year process , from initial consultation, to gathering and filling out the necessary forms, informing us of changes or notifications, and prep for Immigration interview. We are so happy with Chris and his entire family at Colavecchio & Colavecchio Law. This is a family owned business, and every single one of them have been spectacular. At no time did we feel rushed or just like we were a number. Christina always took her time with me anytime we had questions or needed help or clarification on anything. She was just a phone call away, and always went into great detail with her answers. Chris was fantastic with everything, very personable and professional, and got done in just a few months what we had been working on for years. My wife and I had been experiencing delay after delay for her removal of conditions. At one point the delays had added up to almost 5 years or more. “Colavecchio immigration law office is simply outstanding!!!” To make a long story short. My parents adopted our youngest brother in the Panama Canal Zone, brought him to the US in 1982, he was three years old. The military legal system failed to inform my parents there was something else needed once the child was inside the U.S. My brother had been here for “years” a full grown man when we found out “he was not a U.S. citizen.” He had been issued a SSN, but had lost his social security card. When he tried to get a duplicate he was denied, and told he couldn’t get another social security card because “he was not a U.S citizen.” So I went to Attorney Chris Colavecchio here in Nashville, TN my brother lived in Augusta, GA. He immediately started the legal proceedings. Attn. Colavecchio, and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. He said it would probably take two years, because this was during the COVID-19 pandemic. On March 16, 2021 I retained Attn. Colavecchio, nineteen months later my brother went to Atlanta, GA and was sworn in as a U.S. citizen. My family is so very, very grateful to Attn. Colavecchio and his staff for getting such an important task accomplished for our brother and our family. Only “GOD” knows how much gratitude we feel towards “Attn. Colavecchio and All his staff!!
