What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had 2 previous businesses in the food service industry when I was younger, and now that I have more than 25 years of HR experience, I want to work with clients to make their organizations a place where employees flourish.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a smaller firm. You have a dedicated HR leader who has extensive knowledge. We pride ourselves on customer service. I know that is used a lot, but it is a key core value of our firm. Without a happy client, we have nothing.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Most of our clients are located in the US, and some are in Canada. Almost all our work is remote, with the possibility of on-site meetings if needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have protocols in place now for all infectious diseases. We support our employees with sick time benefits so they will not lose pay because of an illness.
