Hands down the best decision that I have ever made. I only wish I would have done it sooner. Phill is great if I could give him more than five stars I would. I signed up for 20 sessions at first, by the end of those sessions I had to buy more new clothes for work, and to work out in. I have gone down 2 belt spots, I sleep better, I feel stronger, my womanhood is back on track and I’m not losing so much hair in my brush. My sugar cravings are gone, I don’t desire to go out to eat anymore because it’s just too heavy. My lower back pain has improved and I can do exercises I haven’t been able to do since my first pregnancy. I needed the accountability of having a trainer. I needed someone who could fit into my business calendar. When I read Phill’s other reviews, I told myself “This is it. This is the guy”. He is knowledgeable and versatile. He teaches new habits that are easy to implement. We never do the same workout twice, and he adjusts his workout plans according to where my muscles are sore.
No matter your fitness level or needs, he can help. You won’t regret it, just take the leap, one day at a time. You can do it.

I have been working out with Phil for three months now. I can assure you that whether you are just getting started with your fitness journey or you are experienced and trying to reach the next level, he can help you. I have been into fitness, but let it go for awhile and I was nervous to restart with a personal trainer. He constructed workouts for my initial fitness level and gradually took me out of my comfort zone to meet my goals. He keeps me motivated and accountable and I love it! I am down two pant sizes and all of my clothes fit again! More importantly, I feel healthy, confident, full of energy and fearless when it comes to fitness. Phil is a great guy and personal trainer iv been going to the gym for a while and I hit a Platte, but he's helped me to break past that and keep doing better also he brings the workout to you which is awesome

I’ve had several trainers in the past and Phil is by far the most experienced trainer I’ve worked with for nutrition, reaching and maintaining my fitness goals and educating me on how to navigate my personal fitness struggles.
He knows exactly how to fix and target my trouble spots such as recovering from lower back injuries, strengthening those weak muscles and how to properly maintain to avoid more injuries. My personal struggles came from lower back issues and having affective workouts with my busy schedule.
He dives in and leaves no issue untouched!
In addition, his work ethic motivates me to work harder in all aspects of my life. He sets the foundation for structure for any success so when I fall off for a few days I know what I need to do to stay consistent.

There are a lot of trainers who can show people how to exercise, but nothing can replace experience. Longevity in this business means knowing what works and what does not. Going beyond fancy terminology and understanding that every single person is different, therefore everything from a workout plan to nutrition truly needs to be customized to that individual. More importantly, clients need to be taught how to make the proper shift during their journey and adjust as things are constantly changing in their lives. Personal training is about lifestyle coaching to not create dependency but to truly bridge the gap from your old self to the new to create lifelong healthy habits.

I started as a slim kid all the way into early adulthood. I was so thin that, at the time, I believed my weight made life hard for me. I was desperately seeking to put on size and muscle. After my journey of trial and error, I grew a passion for helping others with their goals because I know firsthand what it is like to look in the mirror and want to see and feel something different.
