What do you love most about your job?
My passion is guiding clients to realize their dreams, maximize their potential, and create the life they want. The big smile for me happens when I see people change their life and and the lives of others around them. I carry that with me in the rest of my life. I give and I get. It's awesome!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always helped people be better, do better, and have more of what they want. From teaching computers as a teenager to leading projects and IT teams to enable happy customers and employees I am passionate about making a difference in people's lives. I asked myself "what is the best way to leverage my passion and skills to live a more impactful life?" The answer for me was to start my practice, expanding what I was already doing, so that I can have the most direct and biggest impact on people lives' and the people around them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've been there. Moving past personal, health, career and relationship issues, I see the other side and want to help my clients get there. Clients will get my full attention, knowledge, and passion to assist them in making the changes they want to make. I've learned and done the research. The tools I use have worked for many people and have the evidence to prove they work. I don't dwell on the past but focus on making changes today so you won't have to relive the "bad" things over and over. Reach out and let's get started today!

Yes, I see clients via Zoom. I also offer in-person sessions in San Diego.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID, I saw all clients over zoom. Currently, local clients are seen in-person or Zoom (client preference).
Dealing with stress
With proven tools, together we will learn, practice, and implement tools to manage negative stress. In addition, we will identify the root cause and resolve it!
Developing positive habits
I know the hardest part is getting started. That's why Coach Dave is here!
Positive habit development is a combination of why and how. Once a compelling reason or reasons are identified, together, we will identify the right tools and create a plan which leads to success.
Building confidence and esteem
We all play well-worn tapes in our head over and over. The key to building confidence and esteem is to create a new tape and playing it over and over.
When a new tape replaces the old tape, behavior, feelings and thoughts change.
We'll be intentionally creating the greatest hits of new, positive tapes that are used to feel better and do better.
Improving communication
Communication is the key to understanding others and getting what you want. We will identify motivation, physical and verbal cues, and strategies to improve communication.
The great thing about communication is improvement enhances all areas of life. Once improved communication happens, positive changes are easy to see and provide immediate impact.
Goal Setting
Proper goal setting can change your life!
We'll put the horse BEFORE the cart by identifying the why and then, we'll create specific, attainable goals and I'll be there with you every step of the way.
With the why and "what do I get out of this" identified, the right motivation is there and success happens.
Help with relationships
Doesn't everybody want better relationships?
The great thing about better relationships is you get out of them what you put in to them. By understanding your motivation, improving communication skills, and understanding others' motivations, we can simply and effectively improve all relationships in our lives.
