Working with Clearwater HR Consulting was a game-changer in finding a developer for my startup, and working with Sarah and Bobby was very easy.
From day one, they made the recruiting process easy for me to understand and what it was going to take to find top-tier candidates.
I had a lot of questions about how we split up the duties and they outlined the scope of work which helped me set clear expectations of what I would be responsible for and what Sarah and Bobby would help with.

"Our experience with this firm was mixed. While we initially had a positive working relationship, communication challenges eventually led to our parting ways.
The firm delivered on many aspects of our project requirements, but there were some misunderstandings regarding scope and expectations. When payment discussions arose, we temporarily paused payment due to responsiveness issues, but promptly processed it once we learned of staff illness.
The timesheets provided showed that they did not work the full hours paid during the engagement.
Over our brief engagement, we invested approximately $16,000 for their services. The abrupt termination of our contract with limited notice was unexpected, especially given our financial commitment.
Despite these challenges, we appreciate the work that was completed and wish the team continued success in their future endeavors."

I love feeling like I've helped make a tough situation for clients easier. HR issues can be very stressful for both employees and employers and helping people find joy in their work or their business is what drives me every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working with small and growing businesses provides the opportunity to find creative solutions with high impact on both businesses and the lives of employees. That gratification is much more meaningful than working on an enterprise level because it's so much more personal. I started my own business to allow my team and I to continue doing that on a daily basis.
