I recently listed a nice apartment for rent in Bristol (that was already clean and a move in condition). After doing my walk through with the owner I went to my car and pulled out the tote I keep with me for staging my apartment listings (curtain shears, shower curtains, and some cute odds and ends to add pops of color to an empty space). I took a few minutes staging the apartment before taking pictures. My client emailed me that he was having the apartment professionally cleaned that week. Great, so I thought. Shortly after when I went to show the apartment to a prospective tenant I noticed the majority of items I carefully placed in the rooms were missing. Some of these items were given to me by a very special client who had passed away. I use these staging items from one listing to the next and NEVER ONCE have any of my staging items been taken. After notifying my client and sending him a video showing that the apartment was NOT in any cleaner condition than it was on Monday when we had looked at the apartment together- I was told that my items were “presumed left behind by the previous tenant and were thrown away”. It was clear and obvious that this vacant apartment was staged, and that these are not just items that should be tossed away in the garbage. My client provided me with the name, phone # and email address of the woman who owns the cleaning company, Stephanie. I emailed her yesterday with an itemized list and photos of what was taken and the rooms they were taken from, no response. I called her today to follow up, Stephanie was extremely rude and volatile over the phone, would not let me get a single word in and hung up the phone on me. I’ve given her to option via email of returning my items with no questions asked or further action taken. After her nastiness over the phone, I feel it’s time to take the next step. If whoever her employee was who supposedly “cleaned” my clients vacant apartment walked away with items that didn’t belong to him or her, what’s going to stop this employee from doing it again to someone else’s property. Office Cleaning
We offer regular office cleaning to maintain your office space. We also offer deeps cleans and sanitation services if you need something for in depth.
Residential Cleaning
We offer two types of cleaning. A "Favorite Clean" which is a regular cleaning, and a "Sparkle Clean", which is a deep clean. We do provide cleaning lists for both types so that you can see what each cleaning includes. If you just needs to have special things done you can always do an hourly rate.

With this service we will clean all the common areas of the building including "hall ways , shared living rooms, party rooms, bathrooms, exercise rooms, and laundry rooms". We also pick up around the building to make sure it is free from trash and dubris.

Sanitation
We offer two types of "Sanitation Services". The first is wipe down sanitation. This is using commercial grade sanitizer and we wipe down all "high touch" areas. The second service is a " Fog Sanitation". This is where we use fog to sanitize a space. Using this method will sanitize virtually everything in the space including the walls.
