John from Classic Coach responded to my request from Bark for a limo for my daughter's prom for 5/22/25. Thanks to John and Classic Coah Limo, we ended up driving her and her friends instead because they booked the limo they quoted me for to someone else. I was in communication via phone and email throughout the day on Friday, May 16th. First contact was made through BARK at 8:42AM that said Classic Coach was interested my request for limo service. They gave me a quote for $410 (1 stop for pictures and then drop off to Prom) + gratuities. I then called John around 11am, to see how much would it be bring them back. The office later sent me a new quote at 1:55pm of $575. I emailed back at 6:15pm saying the kids didn't want to pay that much and let's keep it to the original quote. John responded back at 7:19pm and asked for the pick location, picture taking location and drop off location details. He said the office will draft up one of the prom travel agreements once back in and have it sent over to me for review and signature approvalWe would then need a deposit to lock in reservation. I responded back at 8:30pm with the details. On May 19th at 9:14am to follow up with them as I didn't get any contract sent to me and received a response at 9:57am from CCL, Hi, this is the officeWe are just getting in from the weekend And we are verifying availability With our Limousines And unfortunately, our last Limousine was booked on Friday last week early eveningThe only last two vehicles availableOur 5 passenger luxury SUV Escalades. I responded back at 11:12am that was unfortunate, as I would have submit a deposit if that were the case on Friday. Can you send me what the Escalade looks like? And what can be done as a courtesy because I wasn't told that the limo wasn't available. NO RESPONSE. I followed up by calling John at 11:40am and left a voicemail message. NO CALL BACK.And to think I was going to also asked to use there service again because my daughter has another prom on June 4th! What terrible customer service. They made an error and didn't even respond back when they offer to give me another vehicle. All the communication we had on Friday lead me to believe the car would be available for my daughter' prom and if someone else was interested for the same day, the common courtesy would have been to reach out to me and ask for a deposit to secure the limo. If I had known that, then I would have given the deposit on Friday. But they didn't ask me for it, but then suddenly it was rented to someone else?I would be cautious about using their service.
