I have worked with Classic Builders over the last few years, on larger antique house upgrades to smaller sliding glass door replacement with a swinging door and window.
All their work has been the best. The workers are highly skilled and easy to work with as building projects so often raise issues as they proceed. The job site is kept tidy and safe. The workers show up on time and on the days they promise. The president of Classic Builders visits each job site daily to interface with the customer, check status, provide direction as occasionally needed, and to ensure the job is proceeding smoothly and on schedule.
Classic Builders uses few subcontractors; this keeps the cost down and shortens the schedule as there is no need to mesh schedules of additional trades people. In addition, quality control is kept to the highest standard.
Classic Builders’ prices are generally lower than their competition.
One of the highlights of employing Classic Builders is its policy of working well with city building inspectors. Sometimes this involves gently educating the inspectors and helping them see the benefits of a particular approach. All of this keeps the job on schedule and eliminates costly rework.

Help design the remodel, so if it requires upgrades that include drawings and permitting, we can determine that on our first meeting. This is where the design group would take over. We work with the customer before, during and after the project has begun to ensure the end result is at the quality level desired. We provide this with interim customer, contractor inspections to provide the confidence the project is on track for the desired outcome.
