They are extremely irresponsible. They first made a completely wrong assessment which led to a large underpayment to NY State even after I pointed out that the calculation does not seem correct. This has led to a significant fine + interest charge. Moreover, their attitude towards this whole thing is really callous. Dear Ravi, Estimated taxes were not paid,hence the penalty .we responded 3 times in 4 days on receipt of notice. Notice resolution takes time .Best of luck
