Our company was having an all staff meeting and we thought it was a great opportunity to get headshots done for our entire staff so we contracted Chris for this task. Leading up to the event communication was great and even in person, Chris was very personable and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Unfortunately, after the event, it was very hard to get into contact with him and even though we had already paid him in full, it's now been 9 months since our event and many of staff have not received their headshots, including our CEO, and has been very non-responsive. Per our contract, he was supposed to provide a file with everyone's photo and despite multiple attempts on multiple platforms to contact him, he has been nonresponsive. Chris has been so much fun to work with. He brought a lot of energy to our developer conference and captured the event perfectly. He was open to ideas and suggestions but also didn't need a lot of guidance which was great because those events can get really busy! Had a wonderful in-peraon experience in November 2023. Unfortunately, when reaching out at the beginning of the year after still not getting our completed images and multiple emails, I learned that Chris had a personal loss that resulted in delayed response and job completion. After continuted patience along with waiting months for our contracted (and paid for) images, and ultimately being ghosted, I still don't have our images.

I tried reaching out via all platforms and have received nothing.

I'm so disappointed and beyond frustrated that this hasn't been resolved given the time that has passed.

My first (hopefully one of many) shoots with Chris was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a photographer. He is easy going, extremely talented and made me feel so comfortable during the process. I’m in real estate and needed an Instagram pic refresh. I explained my vision of “not your typical real estate agent” pictures to him and he NAILED it.
