My husband and I had the pleasure of having Chef Paul cater our wedding on New Years Eve. From the beginning our priority was to serve excellent food and our expectations were high the night of the wedding. Chef Paul exceeded our expectations and all of our guests raved the rest of the night (and after...some saying it was the best food they had ever had at any event.) Christopher's is a restaurant I would recommend to anyone I know! Paul catered my wedding just two weeks ago, and our friends and family are still RAVING about the food & service. Not only did he provide the food for us, but he was sure to see that every detail of the day went flawless. He personally, along with his staff, made sure that my groom and I were provided with food and drinks the entire evening. His staff provides fantastic service with a great attitude. They were friendly, caring, and worked with a smile the entire night! Paul created a special menu for us, catering to my gluten free intolerance. Everything we ate that night was delightful, from the bacon wrapped scallops, to the potatoes, to the chicken marsala! I have used Paul and Ro Christopher 3 times for catering- Two times were for large birthday gatherings- the food was delivered on time, hot and delicious. There was tons of food!! We had Chicken Marsala, Chicken French and pasta with the best sauce. The other time was for an outside party. They handled all the details- chairs, tables, tent, tablecloths, napkins, drinks and food. They did a wonderful job. Everything went off beautifully- all I had to do was show up at the party. We had a BBQ theme-Pulled Pork (which was BETTER than some local I have had), Chicken, Baked Beans and Corn.- it was all great. I am often in Philadelphia and my boss always takes me to those classic? Philly cheese steak restaurants; however, I would rather have Paul Christopher? s cheese steak sandwich any and every time. So big, I cannot finish; yet, so good, I cannot stop eating. Also, when my boss and associates are in Rochester, Friday lunch at Christopher?s is a must. They leave town later just to have the Beer Battered? Fish Fry. Huge, tasty and I dare you to find one bone in the fish. My guess, the owner has been in business for a long time.
